For our client, the Ministry of Defence, we are looking for an experienced CIS Project Manager. In this role, you will operate at the heart of an international defence environment, coordinating complex CIS projects within a NATO context from Münster, Germany. You will play a key role in aligning technical implementation with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This assignment offers the opportunity to contribute directly to mission-critical information systems at a strategic level.

Werkzaamheden
What will you do?
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition and risk analysis
- Coordinate project planning, execution and monitoring across multiple stakeholders
- Lead the technical implementation and configuration of CIS within 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL)
- Align activities with internal staff branches, subordinate units and external partners
- Coordinate with national and international agencies and contractors
- Provide advisory support on information systems and technology-related topics
- Ensure effective information management and system integration within the organisation
Context and Objective
- Support 1GNC in Münster with the successful delivery of complex CIS-related projects
- Ensure structured project governance across internal and external stakeholders
- Enable reliable technical implementation of CIS in peacetime and deployed environments
- Act as a central coordination point between military, governmental and external partners
- Strengthen information systems, technology alignment and operational readiness
- Contribute to continuity, standardisation and risk mitigation within project execution
Functie-eisen
- Working experience in a multinational environment.
- Experience in executing management functions within project management.
- Experience in budget management.
- You hold a certificate in ITIL Foundation.
- You hold a certificate in Prince 2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English at level 3332.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of strategic and tactical communication networks (esp. NLD, DEU and NATO).
- Working experience in military divisional or corps environment.
- University or bachelor degree in communications and/or information science.
- Certification in Business Administration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation (ETOC Course ID: CCC-SM-22206).
- MS SharePoint User Training (ETOC Course ID: CCC-ET-32336).
- Proficiency in the German language.
Ministerie van Defensie
- Inzetten bij Defensie zijn doorgaans voor langere tijd (1 tot maximaal 4 jaar). Voor deze functie moet een A- screening worden doorlopen met een gemiddelde duur van 10-12 weken.
- Bij de aanbieding van een kandidaat is het invullen van het aanbiedingsformulier verplicht. Hierbij wordt ook gevraagd om de eisen en de wensen toe te lichten + een verwijzing naar het cv te vermelden.
Specifiek voor leveranciers
Wanneer u bij ons een professional aanbiedt en deze wordt geplaatst, hebben we informatie van u als contractpartij nodig. Onder andere met betrekking tot de Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. De ‘WKA’ heeft als doel om misbruik te voorkomen bij de afdracht van loonheffingen bij alle schakels in de keten; van leverancier tot eindklant.
Brokerpartijen dekken deze risico’s voor hun klanten af. Om de aansprakelijkheid te beperken, dienen er maatregelen genomen te worden. Zo ook door Hero. Belangrijk hierbij is dat er een WAADI-registratie is en gebruik gemaakt wordt van een geblokkeerde rekening, de G-rekening. Dit is de rekening waarop alleen loonheffingen en BTW worden gestort die vervolgens worden betaald aan de Belastingdienst. De G-rekening kunt u aanvragen bij de Belastingdienst.
