For our client, we are looking for a CIS Project Coordinator who plays a key role in supporting and coordinating IT and network projects within a military environment. In this assignment, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and oversight of CIS projects across peacetime locations and, when required, deployed environments. You will contribute to stable networks, clear processes and up-to-date procedures. A versatile role where project coordination, infrastructure and operational support come together.

Werkzaamheden
What will you do?
- Coordinate and support CIS-related projects within 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL).
- Plan, execute, monitor and complete projects related to networks and static infrastructure.
- Support projects within both peacetime locations and, when required, deployed environments.
- Coordinate and collaborate with ICCW SO G6 projects.
- Contribute to network planning, management and optimisation.
- Support Change, Incident and Problem Management processes.
- Develop, update and review SOPs and SOIs related to the CIS infrastructure.
Context and Objectives
- Support military CIS projects within a complex and operational environment.
- Ensure continuity, reliability and control of networks and infrastructure.
- Ensure structured execution and monitoring of CIS projects.
- Improve and safeguard Change, Incident and Problem Management processes.
- Translate infrastructure developments into clear procedures and instructions.
- Support both static locations and deployment-related environments.
- Strengthen alignment between projects, operational execution and infrastructure management.
Functie-eisen
- Proven working experience in a multi-national environment.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Holds a certificate in ITIL Foundation.
- Experience with and courses completed for ITSM Tool Training (for example Service Now).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You are proficient in English at level 2221.
Desirables
- Knowledge of strategic and tactical communication networks (esp. NLD, DEU and NATO).
- Education in computer science or electronics.
- NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation (ETOC Course ID: CCC-SM-22206).
- MS SharePoint User Training (ETOC Course ID: CCC-ET-32336).
- Experience in military divisional or corps environment.
- Proficiency in the German language.
Ministerie van Defensie
- Inzetten bij Defensie zijn doorgaans voor langere tijd (1 tot maximaal 4 jaar). Voor deze functie moet een A- screening worden doorlopen met een gemiddelde duur van 10-12 weken.
- Bij de aanbieding van een kandidaat is het invullen van het aanbiedingsformulier verplicht. Hierbij wordt ook gevraagd om de eisen en de wensen toe te lichten + een verwijzing naar het cv te vermelden.

De ‘WKA’ heeft als doel om misbruik te voorkomen bij de afdracht van loonheffingen bij alle schakels in de keten; van leverancier tot eindklant.
Brokerpartijen dekken deze risico’s voor hun klanten af. Om de aansprakelijkheid te beperken, dienen er maatregelen genomen te worden. Zo ook door Hero. Belangrijk hierbij is dat er een WAADI-registratie is en gebruik gemaakt wordt van een geblokkeerde rekening, de G-rekening. Dit is de rekening waarop alleen loonheffingen en BTW worden gestort die vervolgens worden betaald aan de Belastingdienst. De G-rekening kunt u aanvragen bij de Belastingdienst.
