Voor onze opdrachtgever, het Ministerie van Defensie, zijn wij op zoek naar een Verander Expert die energie krijgt van complexe verandertrajecten binnen een unieke organisatiecontext. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen en adviseren van de verandermanager bij twee strategische programma’s: SOF Air RW en U&V MQ-9. In deze pilot breng je jouw verandermanagementkennis in om structuur, draagvlak en richting te geven aan de veranderingen binnen Defensie. Een uitdagende opdracht waarin strategie, mens en organisatie samenkomen.

What will you do?

  • Ondersteunen van de verandermanager binnen de programma’s Special Operations Forces Air Rotary Wing (SOF Air RW) en Uitbreiden & Versterken MQ-9 (U&V MQ-9).
  • Adviseren over verandermanagement binnen beide programma’s.
  • Inhoudelijke ondersteuning bieden op verzoek van de verandermanager of projectdirectie.
  • Analyseren van bestaande denkwijzen en veranderstrategieën binnen de betrokken stakeholders.
  • Bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van een gedragen aanpak voor verandertrajecten binnen de Defensiecontext.
  • Vertalen van verandermanagement principes naar de specifieke bedrijfsvoering van de Krijgsmacht.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner en deskundige op het gebied van organisatieverandering.

Context and objective

  • De opdracht vindt plaats binnen de directie Projecten van COMMIT.
  • Het betreft een pilotproject gericht op de toepassing van verandermanagement binnen Defensie.
  • Er is een kennishiaat op het gebied van verandermanagement dat moet worden opgevuld.
  • De veranderaanpak moet aansluiten op de unieke cultuur en processen van de Krijgsmacht.
  • Verschillende denkwijzen bij stakeholders zorgen voor complexiteit in de uitvoering.
  • Doel: het versterken van veranderkundige slagkracht binnen de programma’s SOF Air RW en U&V MQ-9.
  • De inhuurkracht levert kennisoverdracht en advies om duurzame verandering te borgen.
  • De rol is strategisch en adviserend, met nadruk op samenwerking en draagvlak.
  • De aanvraag is uitgezet voor een reeds zittende kandidaat als verlenging.

Job requirements

  • Je bent een expert op het gebied van verandermanagement (zowel theoretisch als praktisch), met een bewezen track record.

Wens

  • Ervaring binnen Defensie.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
