Als HR Verander Consultant werk je aan slimme en duurzame HR-oplossingen voor de uitdagingen van morgen binnen een grote maatschappelijke organisatie. Het betreft een functie voor 32–40 uur per week, met standplaats Arnhem. Jij maakt het net innovatiever.

Wat je doet?

  • ontwikkelt en implementeert vernieuwende initiatieven rondom thema’s die de Arbeidsmarkt raken. In dit geval Skills Based Organiseren:
    • Implementeert Skills based organiseren in de business;
    • Brengt de impact van Skills op het HR landschap in kaart en ontwikkelt interventies.
  • bouwt bruggen tussen HR en de business en tussen HR en IT;
  • hebt ervaring met en haalt energie uit het maken van besluitstukken om op verschillende niveaus draagvlak te krijgen voor je plan;
  • overtuigt stakeholders, creëert draagvlak en houdt regie op de implementatie;
  • borgt verandering door continu te leren, te meten en bij te sturen.


Job requirements

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een relevant vakgebied (zoals HRM, Veranderkunde, Organisatiekunde of Bedrijfskunde) en 5-10 jaar ervaring met HR-projectmanagement in een corporate omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten en implementeren van complexe change management-trajecten, inclusief stakeholdermanagement en het managen van weerstand. Je bent hierbij bekend met de PROSCI methodiek.
  • Je bent organisatiesensitief en schakelt makkelijk in communicatie en stijl met uiteenlopende gesprekspartners; je weet draagvlak te creëren op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je werkt proactief, bent resultaatgericht en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere, pragmatische implementatieplannen.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen Alliander of de sector is een pré.
