Work
What will you do?
- Onderzoeken wat gebruikers (binnen Defensie) nodig hebben door samen te werken met productowners, stakeholders en gebruikers.
- Organiseren van gebruikersonderzoek, zoals usability tests en enquêtes, en analyseren van feedback.
- Vertalen van ideeën naar concrete concepten: user stories, wireframes, schetsen, flows en prototypes.
- Sparren met collega’s en samenwerken met productowners, developers en testers om tot het beste resultaat te komen.
- Oplossen van UX-, HTML- en CSS-gerelateerde vraagstukken.
- Werken binnen een Scrum/Agile werkwijze en bijdragen aan continue verbetering van producten en processen.
Context and objective
- De opdracht vindt plaats binnen Defensie, bij het Joint Informatievoorziening Commando (JIVC), onderdeel van Commando Materieel en IT (COMMIT).
- JIVC is verantwoordelijk voor IT-producten en -diensten die cruciaal zijn voor operationele, bestuurlijke en ondersteunende processen binnen Defensie.
- Je werkt binnen de afdeling Luchtgebonden & Joint IT, specifiek in het O&iT-team (Opleiden & individueel Trainen).
- Het O&iT-team ontwikkelt en beheert applicaties die Defensiebreed opleidingen en trainingen ondersteunen.
- Het team is zelfsturend en multidisciplinair, met alle technische en functionele expertises in huis.
- De rol van de UX/UI Designer is gericht op het verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring van deze opleidings- en trainingsapplicaties.
- De focus ligt op het creëren van gebruiksvriendelijke, toegankelijke en goed doordachte interfaces.
- Het uiteindelijke doel is om Defensiepersoneel optimaal te ondersteunen in hun leer- en trainingsprocessen via IT-oplossingen.
- Deze aanvraag is uitgezet als een verlenging.
Job requirements
- 4 jaar ervaring met het zelfstandig taken uitvoeren van de ingeplande Product Backlog Items van het Scrumboard en kan deze succesvol en volgens de gestelde acceptatiecriteria afronden.
- Je hebt minimaal een HBO denk- en werkniveau, aantoonbaar door een afgeronde opleiding in UX Design, Multimedia Design of soortgelijks.
- 4 jaar ervaring met Axure RP en Daypilot software.
- Je beschikt over het certificaat PSM1 – (Professional Scrum Master 1).
- 4 jaar ervaring met het opleidings- en trainingsdomein.
- 4 jaar werkervaring in UX/UI Design.
- 4 jaar werkervaring binnen een Scrum-team.
- 4 jaar werkervaring met prototyping en wireframing.
- 4 jaar werkervaring met HTML5, CSS3, Sass en W3C webstandaarden.
Wishes
- Kennis van en ervaring met web frameworks zoals Angular of Bootstrap.
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen van illustraties, bijvoorbeeld met Photoshop.
- Ervaring met Azure DevOps.
- 4 jaar ervaring met het opleidings- en trainingsdomein van Defensie.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
