Voor onze opdrachtgever, het Ministerie van Defensie, zoeken wij een UX Designer Digitale Innovatie. Binnen de afdeling DITO help je de CLAS-organisatie slimmer en efficiënter te werken door gebruiksvriendelijke IT-oplossingen te ontwerpen die bijdragen aan automatisering en procesverbetering. Je vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften naar intuïtieve ontwerpen en begeleidt ontwikkelteams bij het toepassen van UX/UI-principes. Een unieke kans om jouw ontwerpvaardigheden in te zetten voor maatschappelijke impact binnen een dynamische, technische omgeving.

What will you do?

  • Ondersteunen van de CLAS-organisatie binnen Defensie met slimme I&T-oplossingen.
  • Analyseren van bestaande werkprocessen en identificeren waar organisatie en structuur ontbreken.
  • Voorstellen en implementeren van automatiseringsoplossingen die werkdruk verlagen.
  • In kaart brengen van werkzaamheden die door automatisering kunnen worden overgenomen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om processen beter te organiseren.
  • Creëren van overzicht en structuur in werkwijzen om verdere digitalisering mogelijk te maken.

Context and objective

  • De opdracht speelt binnen Defensie, specifiek bij de afdeling DITO.
  • DITO ondersteunt de CLAS-organisatie met informatie- en technologieoplossingen.
  • De hoofdtaak is het versterken van de organisatie zodat zij klaarstaat voor Hoofdtaak 1.
  • De organisatie kampt met een te hoge werkdruk en beperkte capaciteit.
  • Er is behoefte aan slimme automatisering om efficiëntie te vergroten.
  • De basisorganisatie moet eerst goed worden ingericht voordat digitalisering succesvol kan zijn.
  • De rol richt zich op het verbeteren van organisatie en structuur als voorwaarde voor verdere automatisering.

Job requirements

  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor eigen acties en die van andere om te garanderen dat de applicatie op een correctie manier is geïntegreerd in een complexe omgeving en voldoet aan de behoefte van gebruikers / klanten.
  • Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • 2 jaar ervaring als UX Designer, UX researcher, Interaction Designer.
  • 3 jaar ervaring met UX Design.

Wishes

  • Ervaring met organisatieadvies.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde Design opleiding.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding.
  • Ervaring met developers aan de hand nemen zodat aan de start van het developen van een applicatie of dashboard de UX/UI principes direct worden toegepast.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
