Je werkt aan het moderniseren en automatiseren van de Cisco UCC-omgeving, zodat veilig en betrouwbaar communiceren mogelijk wordt. Binnen een DevOps-team krijg je de kans om met de nieuwste Cisco-technologieën te werken en infrastructuur te verbeteren. Een uitdagende opdracht met maatschappelijke impact en volop samenwerking met experts uit verschillende scrumteams.

Work
What will you do?
- Opzetten en verbeteren van Cisco Callmanager v14.x, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Paging Server en IGB.
- Ondersteunen bij het opzetten van het Priming & Staging Platform.
- Meedenken over de netwerkinfrastructuur.
- Samenwerken met automation teams om de deployment van de omgeving te automatiseren (met o.a. Ansible).
- Ontwikkelen van geautomatiseerde infrastructuuroplossingen in een DevOps-team.
- Vertalen en implementeren van gewenste functionaliteiten naar gebruiksvriendelijke interfaces.
- Nauw samenwerken met collega’s uit andere scrumteams.
Context and objective
- Binnen Defensie loopt een groot IT-programma (GrIT) voor vernieuwing van de infrastructuur.
- Er is dringend behoefte aan een veilige en moderne UCC-oplossing in het ontplooide domein.
- Het huidige platform (Cisco UCC) voldoet niet meer aan de operationele behoeften.
- Een tijdelijke oplossing is nodig om snel veilig bellen mogelijk te maken.
- Het project richt zich op het updaten van de bestaande Cisco UCC software naar moderne versies.
- Het applicatieteam is verantwoordelijk voor automatisering, implementatie en configuratie.
- Samenwerking tussen DevOps-teams en automation-teams is cruciaal voor succes.
Job requirements
- 5 jaar softwareontwikkeling ervaring op complexe ICT projecten.
- 5 jaar werkervaring als UCC Specialist met gebruik van de Cisco omgevingen.
- 5 jaar ervaring met netwerken die gebruik maken van Cisco technieken, met name het Voice & Video domein.
- 3 jaar werkervaring met Linuxsystemen en UX applicatie development.
- Implementing Cisco Video Devices CCNP, CCNA Voice, CCNA Video Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core.
- Deploying Cisco Unified Contact Center.
- 5 jaar ervaring op complexe ICT projecten.
- 5 jaar ervaring met een complexe IT infrastructuur omgeving (meer dan 10.000 eindgebruikers).
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau aantoonbaar door een diploma of werkervaring.
Wishes
- Ervaring met netwerkbeheer en – automatisering.
- Werkervaring met Scrum en Agile werken.
- Kennis van en affiniteit met systeemintegratie op een integraal platform voor voice, video en chat op diverse platformen.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
