  • Implementeren van strategische categorieplannen.
  • Evalueren en optimaliseren van promoties.
  • Opstellen van assortimentsadviezen.
  • Monitoren en intern rapporteren van marktontwikkelingen.
  • Ondersteunen van Sales met klantanalyses, presentaties en gesprekken.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor category-management voor Princes (NL) en Vier Diamanten (AT).

Context and objective

  • Zwangerschapsvervanging van 8 maanden, start december, standplaats Rotterdam (Willemswerf).
  • Continuïteit en groei van de merken Princes (NL) en Vier Diamanten (AT) borgen.
  • Categoriegroei realiseren via inzichten, analyses en effectieve plannen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met (Brand) Marketing Managers, Sales Managers en retailpartners.
  • Rapporteren aan de Sr. Marketing Manager; brug slaan tussen marketing, sales en retail.


Job requirements

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Trade Marketeer of Category Manager in FMCG/Retail.
  • Sterke expertise in datasystemen (bijv. Nielsen Discover, SIS, Circana Unify).
  • Ervaring in een internationale omgeving en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Ervaring met presenteren aan retailers.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; commercieel inzicht.
  • Teamspeler met georganiseerde, efficiënte werkstijl.
