What will you do?
- Bepalen van de testaanpak voor backlogitems in de sprint.
- Opstellen en reviewen van testplannen voor backlogitems.
- Opzetten van testdata en uitvoeren van testplannen.
- Communiceren van bevindingen met collega’s.
- Aanleveren van testinformatie ten behoeve van de sprint review.
- Presenteren tijdens sprint reviews en demo’s.
- Documenteren van ‘best practices’ en relevante informatie op de team-WIKI.
- Opstellen en bijhouden van geautomatiseerde (frontend) tests.
- Verder professionaliseren van de geautomatiseerde testaanpak.
- Bijwerken en reviewen van handleidingen.
- Opstellen en reviewen van publicaties, zoals releasenotes voor gebruikers.
Context and objective
- Werken binnen het Opleiding & Individuele Training (O&iT) team van Defensie.
- Bijdragen aan ontwerp, ontwikkeling en onderhoud van Opleiding & Individuele Training applicaties.
- Ondersteunen van het team bij een Agile werkwijze.
- Applicatieportfolio bestaat uit modules zoals Planning Roostermodule Defensie, Draaiboek Editor, Dashboard (incl. LVS), Sessie- en resultaatchecker, en Q-Monitor.
- Doel is het verhogen van de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de IT-oplossingen voor trainings- en opleidingsprocessen binnen Defensie.
- Focus op verdere professionalisering van (geautomatiseerd) testen binnen het team.
- Delen en vastleggen van opgedane kennis en best practices in het team.
- Werken binnen een ontwikkelomgeving waar samenwerking en communicatie centraal staan
Job requirements
- 5 jaar (in de afgelopen 7 jaar) in een IT team, gebaseerd op Scrum-werkwijze en Agile-gedachtengoed, samengewerkt. Dit betreft in een team van minimaal 7 personen.
- Afgeronde HBO-opleiding en daarnaast HBO-werk en denkniveau en dient minimaal te beschikken over een afgeronde diploma op HBO-opleiding.
- Een ISTQB of TMap certificering.
- Een Agile of Scrum certificering.
- 10 jaar werkervaring als Test Specialist.
- 10 jaar werkervaring als Test Specialist in een Agile / Scrumteam.
- 4 jaar werkervaring met Microsoft/.NET.
Wishes
- Werkervaring met geautomatiseerde test (Selenium).
- Werkervaring met Azure DevOps.
- Werkervaring met CodeceptJS.
- Een HBO opleiding op ICT-gebied (Diploma).
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
