Work
What will you do?
- Zorgdragen voor de dagelijkse operatie, inclusief coördineren van de uitvoering op basis van de release- en beheerkalender, geven van functionele richtlijnen aan beheerders en stellen van prioriteiten.
- Bewaken van het lifecyclemanagement, inclusief het up-to-date houden van producten en het uitvoeren van regelmatige controles op de installed base.
- Coördineren van problemmanagement, inclusief de analyse, oplossingsimplementatie en borging.
- Afstemmen van de kaders voor de afdeling, bijdragen aan audits en rapporteren om inzicht te krijgen in prestaties.
- Documenteren en administreren van werkzaamheden en communicatie binnen en buiten de afdeling.
Context and Objective:
- De sectie Beveiliging garandeert de vertrouwelijkheid, integriteit en beschikbaarheid van gegevens van Defensie en haar ketenpartners.
- Bijdragen aan de reactiesnelheid en slagkracht van Defensie en haar ketenpartners.
- Versterken van de dagelijkse operatie en het naar een hoger niveau brengen van de producten van de afdeling.
- Coachen en ondersteunen van technisch georiënteerde collega’s door sterke communicatie- en documentatievaardigheden.
- Tijdelijke ondersteuning door de inhuur om de periode te overbruggen totdat vaste medewerkers beschikbaar en ingewerkt zijn.
Job requirements
- 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het onderzoeken van bestaande ICT processen en oplossingen zodat potentiële verbeteringen/innovaties bepaald kunnen worden en in het opstellen van aanbevelingen;
- 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het onderzoeken van bestaande ICT processen en oplossingen zodat potentiële verbeteringen/innovaties bepaald kunnen worden en in het opstellen van aanbevelingen;
- 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar met werken bij een centrale overheidsinstelling of corporate organisatie (5.000+ FTE);
- 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar op HBO werk- en denk niveau binnen een IT organisatie.
- Wishes
- 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar opgedaan in het realiseren van veranderingen en het meekrijgen van mensen.
- 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar opgedaan in lifecyclemanagement en problemmanagement.

Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
