Work
What will you do?
- Ontwikkelen van nieuwe ServiceNow-functionaliteiten en aanpassen van bestaande functionaliteiten
- Realiseren van stories op basis van functionele beschrijvingen
- Technisch refinen en verbeteren van stories binnen het DevOps-team
- Opstellen van testscenario’s en/of ondersteunen bij testen
- Bewaken van de technische samenhang tussen stories en functionaliteiten
- Signaleren van afwijkingen en proactief stellen van verduidelijkende vragen
- Toelichten en demonstreren van gerealiseerde functionaliteit tijdens demo’s en reviews
Context and objective
- Inzet binnen het Service Management Platform ServiceNow van JIVC
- Ondersteunen van groeiende ServiceNow-behoefte binnen en buiten JIVC
- Continuering en versterking van het ServiceNow DevOps-team
- Verbeteren en uitbreiden van bestaande ServiceNow-oplossingen
- Zorgen voor technische kwaliteit en consistentie binnen de configuratie
- Bijdragen aan efficiënte en toekomstbestendige ServiceNow-inrichting
Job requirements
- 2 jaar werkervaring met ServiceNow in een complexe IT omgeving/Overheid.
- Je hebt een geldig ServiceNow System Administration certificaat (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) certificaat en Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM). (Bewijs/Kopie certificaat meesturen.)
- Je bent in bezit van de volgende certificaten: Agile Foundation, SAFe, Scrum.
- 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met ITIL minimaal v3 (Foundation).
- Je hebt voor ten minste drie van de volgende aandachtsgebieden: CMDB, JIRA, LDAP, DevOps, HR en/of ITSM twee of meer koppelingen aangelegd tussen het ServiceNow platform en andere informatiesystemen.
- 3 jaar werkervaring in het ondersteunen van implementaties van het ServiceNow platform.
- 3 years' work experience in translating functionalities (requirements) into ServiceNow system solutions.
- 2 jaar werkervaring met implementaties van ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM en SACM.
- 3 years of working experience working in Agile teams.
Wishes
- Ervaring in de volgende aandachtsgebieden van ServiceNow: ITSM, FSM, SPM en Request Fullfilment.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
