What will you do?
- Beheren van de on-premise PAM (Privileged Access Management) applicatie.
- Onboarden van nieuwe applicaties op de PAM-tooling en bouwen van connecties tussen systemen.
- Doorvoeren van updates, uitvoeren van technische beheertaken en waarborgen van continuïteit.
- Meewerken aan vernieuwing en modernisering van de PAM-bouwsteen om beveiliging actueel te houden.
- Beschermen en beheren van secrets van applicaties, machines en beheerders.
- Proactief samenwerken met andere teams en afdelingen om problemen op te lossen en processen te verbeteren.
- Bijdragen aan de verbetering van technische processen en implementeren van innovatieve oplossingen.
- Kennis delen met collega’s en actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het team.
Context and objective
- De functie valt binnen de afdeling Generieke IT & Infra (COMMIT) van het JIVC, onderdeel van Defensie.
- Doel: zorgen voor optimaal en veilig functioneren van de PAM-bouwsteen binnen de IT-infrastructuur van Defensie.
- Bescherming van beheerderswachtwoorden en secrets van machines/applicaties is een kernonderdeel van de rol.
- De rol draagt bij aan de vernieuwing en versterking van de beveiligingsarchitectuur van Defensie.
- Je werkt samen met technisch en functioneel beheerders en ontwerpers aan veilige toegangssystemen.
- De afdeling vertaalt bedrijfs- en gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete IT-oplossingen voor PAM en IAM.
- Er wordt gewerkt in een omgeving met hoge beveiligingseisen en continue technologische vernieuwing.
- De nadruk ligt op proactiviteit, samenwerking en technische innovatie.
Job requirements
- 3 jaar ervaring als technisch IT beheerder van OnPrem PAM tools in complexe omgevingen. Het betreft ervaring met PAM tools als CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, etc.
- 5 jaar werkervaring binnen PAM en Identity and Access Management.
- 2 jaar ervaring met DevOps.
- 2 jaar ervaring met container technologie.
Wishes
- Ervaring met networking, firewalls en PAM.
- Je bent klantgericht en beheerst consultancy skills.
- Ervaring met IT Automation tools zoals Ansible of AWX.
- Ervaring met Scripting zoals PowerShell of Python.
- Ervaring met Container technologie zoals Docker of Kubernetes.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
