Voor het Ministerie van Defensie zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Beheerder HR IT die een sleutelrol speelt binnen een grootschalige HR IT-transitie. Je werkt in een complexe en maatschappelijk relevante IT-omgeving waarin stabiliteit en continuïteit cruciaal zijn. Binnen het Joint IV Centre (JIVC) draag je actief bij aan de overgang naar een nieuw HR- en betalingssysteem. Een uitdagende opdracht waarin jouw technische expertise direct impact heeft op een organisatie van nationaal belang.

Work
What will you do?
- Monitoren en beheren van meerdere IT-systemen om continuïteit te waarborgen
- Beoordelen en verwerken van aanvragen volgens vastgestelde technische kaders
- Afstemmen met gebruikers en collega’s om incidenten te voorkomen en op te lossen
- Uitvoeren van installaties en wijzigingen binnen IT-omgevingen
- Zorgdragen voor correcte en actuele technische documentatie
- Signaleren, registreren en opvolgen van afwijkingen en verstoringen
Context and objective
- Defensie bevindt zich in een grootschalige transitie naar een nieuw HR-systeem
- Ook het huidige betalingssysteem wordt binnen dit traject vervangen
- De transitie maakt deel uit van het programma HR IT Transitie
- Het betreft een complex en organisatiebreed verandertraject
- Extra capaciteit is noodzakelijk om continuïteit van IT-dienstverlening te borgen
- Inzet vindt plaats binnen het Joint IV Centre (JIVC)
- Specifieke ondersteuning is nodig binnen de afdeling P&OM IT
- Doel: stabiel technisch beheer tijdens en rondom de HR- en betalingssystemen-transitie
Job requirements
- Ervaring als technisch beheerder van een IT landschap bestaande uit meerdere systemen en applicaties.
- Ervaring met het zelfstandig behandelen van incidenten en communicatie met stakeholders hierover.
- Ervaring met het werken met een werkzaamhedenregistratiesysteem.
Wishes
- Ervaring die blijk geeft van het richtinggevend, proactief handelen.
- Ervaring met het begeleiden van minder ervaren collega’s.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
