Work
- Dagelijks technisch beheer van Infor LN en overige financiële applicaties.
- Uitvoeren van upgrades en wijzigingen in de Infor LN-omgeving en bijbehorende koppelingen.
- Zorgen voor een stabiele en betrouwbare werking van financiële applicaties.
- Afstemmen met Finance, leveranciers en interne teams; gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren.
- Opstellen en onderhouden van actuele documentatie.
- Kennis delen en borgen binnen het team.
- Meedraaien in consignatiediensten buiten werktijd volgens rooster.
Context and objective
- TU Delft waarborgt de continuïteit van haar financiële applicaties en processen.
- De rol ondersteunt de overgang van Infor LN naar een nieuw financieel systeem (Oracle).
- Doel is stabiel beheer tijdens de voorbereidingsfase en een soepele transitie naar de nieuwe omgeving.
- Nauw samenwerken met Finance, IT en leveranciers om de migratie tot een succes te maken
Job requirements
- Aantoonbare ervaring als Application Manager of Technisch Applicatiebeheerder binnen ERP- of financiële applicatieomgevingen.
- Ervaring met beheer van financieel gerelateerde applicaties.
- Kennis van databases (Oracle en/of MS SQL), inclusief query’s en basisbeheer.
- Bekend met ITIL-processen (incident-, change-, problemmanagement).
- Ervaring in migratie- en projecttrajecten.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerking met Finance en IT.
Wishes
- Kennis van en ervaring met Infor LN is een sterke pré.
- Ervaring met koppelingen en integraties van financiële systemen (middleware, datawarehouse, rapportagetools).
- Proactieve houding en focus op gezamenlijke resultaten
