Work
The Sigma application development and management team is part of the Directorate of IT and the Identity Data Product Domain Department of RvIG. Team Sigma is responsible for the RNI Pre-registration Portal developed as a supplement to the RNI application. In addition, the team is further developing the Change of Foreign Address portal. Team Sigma should consist of 1 Scrum Master, 2 Senior, 2 Medior and 2 Junior developers and 1 tester.

Scrum Master (1 FTE)
Job requirements:
- You have an HBO/WO working and thinking level. Demonstrable through completed relevant education in the field of computer science or business administration.
- You have a Scrum Master certification (PSM I or equivalent).
- You have a Certification or demonstrable experience with SAFe (Scrum Master or similar).
- You have demonstrable knowledge and experience of agile and DevOps working methods.
- You have experience guiding teams in a complex IT environment.
Wish:
- You have experience working within government or an administrative environment.
- You have experience in collaboration between development teams, management and platform teams.
- You have experience with coaching and servant leadership in agile transformations.
- You have experience in driving continuous improvement and self-organisation.
- You have the following competences: analysis, creativity, networking, environmental awareness, judgement, organisational skills, problem analysis, result-orientation, cooperation and persuasiveness.
Application developer (6 FTE - 2 senior, 2 medior, 2 junior)
Job requirements:
- You have a completed relevant computer science course with a degree.
- You have completed a relevant Java development course.
- You have HBO/WO working and thinking level.
- You have 1 year (Junior), 3 years (Medior), 5 years (Senior) working experience and knowledge in Java application development, including working in Scrum/DevOps teams, and is certified as a Professional Developer Scrum.
- You have 1 year (Junior), 3 years (Medior), 5 years (Senior) demonstrable knowledge of relevant methods, techniques, tools and knowledge areas required for the execution of the assignment. With core methods and tools for software development, such as version control, test automation, CI/CD, code analysis, application-level security and management of runtime environments, appropriate to the candidate's experience level.
Wish:
- You have experience designing, building, testing and managing Java services within a Scrum/DevOps environment, including working with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging and resolving production issues.
- You have knowledge and experience with Java applications and have developed and managed this within a Scrum/DevOps team and can work independently with the associated tools, pipelines and ways of working. This is evidenced by previous projects where Java services have been built, tested and delivered.
- You have the following competences: problem analysis, judgement, personal effectiveness and collaboration.
Tester (1 FTE)
Job requirements:
- You have a rounded computer science or IT degree and have at least HBO working and thinking level.
- You have 3 years' working experience in test management.
- You have requested certifications (TMap NEXT Advanced/ISTQB Advanced and/or relevant variants).
- You have technical testing experience with .NET, Azure DevOps, SQL Server and various forms of testing, and can independently perform analysis, capture findings and contribute to solutions within the Scrum team.
Wish:
- You have experience with application development within a DevOps team.
- You have specific knowledge and experience in line with the Java environment.
- You have the following competences: problem analysis, judgement, personal effectiveness and collaboration.
- You have experience with technical test automation and tooling such as Robot Framework, Postman/SoapUI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab and Jira, and able to improve and maintain the test environment.
