We are looking for a DevOps team (8FTE) for the National Office for Identity Data (RvIG).

Work

Het applicatieontwikkel- en beheerteam Gamma maakt onderdeel uit van de Directie IT en van de afdeling Productdomein Identiteitsgegevens van RvIG. Team Gamma is verantwoordelijk voor ontwikkeling van de vernieuwde BCM applicatie. Dit team wordt ingezet voor het realiseren van verander initiatieven vanuit het programma Toekomst BRP (tBRP). Team Gamma dient te bestaan uit 1 Scrum Master, 2 Senior, 2 Medior en 2 Junior ontwikkelaars en 1 tester. 

Job requirements

Scrum Master (1 FTE)

Job requirements:

  • Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent gecertificeerd als Scrum Master (PSM I of gelijkwaardig)
  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring met SAFe (Scrum Master of vergelijkbaar)
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met Agile en DevOps-werkwijzen.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met het begeleiden van teams in een complexe IT-omgeving. Dit betekent dat de applicatieontwikkeling in een omgeving draait wat met elkaar verbonden is of afhankelijk is van elkaar.

Wish:

  • You have experience working within government or an administrative environment.
  • You have experience in collaboration between development teams, management and platform teams.
  • Je hebt ervaring met coachend en dienend leiderschap in Agile transformaties.
  • You have experience in driving continuous improvement and self-organisation.

Applicatieontwikkelaar (6 FTE – 2 senior, 3 medior, 2 junior) 

Job requirements:

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde informaticaopleiding (inclusief Java development) en je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt 1 jaar (junior), 3 jaar (medior), 5 jaar (senior) werkervaring en kennis met Java-applicatieontwikkeling, inclusief werken i Scrum/DevOps-teams, en is gecertificeerd als Professional Developer Scrum.
  • Je beschikt over 1 jaar (junior), 3 jaar (medior), 5 jaar (senior) aantoonbare kennis van relevante methoden, technieken, tools en kennisgebieden die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering van de opdracht. Met kernmethoden en tools voor softwareontwikkeling, zoals versiebeheer, testautomatisering, CI/CD, code-analyse, beveiliging op applicatieniveau en beheer van runtime-omgevingen, passend bij het ervaringsniveau van de kandidaat.

Wishes:

  • You have experience designing, building, testing and managing Java services within a Scrum/DevOps environment, including working with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging and resolving production issues.
  • Je hebt specifieke  kennis en ervaring en dat blijkt uit dat die persoon aantoonbaar Java-applicaties heeft ontwikkeld en beheerd binnen een Scrum/DevOps-team en zelfstandig kan werken met de bijbehorende tools, pipelines en werkwijzen. Dit blijkt uit eerdere projecten waarin Java-services zijn gebouwd, getest en opgeleverd.
