Je versterkt een Scrum-team binnen JIVC/Landgebonden IT en speelt een sleutelrol in de technische doorontwikkeling van hoogwaardige systemen. Als Lead ben je zowel ontwikkelaar als coach en draag je actief bij aan professionalisering en innovatie. Een uitdagende opdracht met grote impact binnen een unieke high-tech omgeving.

What will you do?
- Ontwikkelen van mission-critical militaire applicaties voor de Koninklijke Landmacht.
- Actieve bijdrage leveren binnen een Scrum-team als senior software engineer.
- Fungeren als coach en inhoudelijk voorbeeld voor collega-ontwikkelaars.
- Doorontwikkelen van bestaande productlijnen en aandragen van verbeteringen.
- Richting geven aan het gebruik van C# binnen de volledige sectie.
- Professionaliseren van het systeemontwikkelproces.
- Deelnemen aan (internationale) overlegstructuren over data- en interoperabiliteitsstandaarden tussen C2- en simulatiesystemen.

- Werken aan kritieke militaire software binnen Landgebonden IT (JIVC).
- Versterken van de technische kwaliteit en uniformiteit binnen de ontwikkelsectie.
- Bouwen aan toekomstbestendige productlijnen voor de Koninklijke Landmacht.
- Waarborgen van hoge standaarden op het gebied van C#-ontwikkeling.
- Verbeteren en professionaliseren van het gehele systeemontwikkelproces.
- Bijdragen aan internationale samenwerking en standaarden voor gegevensuitwisseling.
- Vergroten van interoperabiliteit tussen C2-systemen en simulatieomgevingen.
- Fungeren als senior vakspecialist met impact op zowel team als organisatie.
Job requirements
- 3 jaar werkervaring met en heeft specifieke kennis om relevante IV-technologie en -specificaties te definiëren die kunnen worden ingezet bij de bouw van meerdere IV-projecten, toepassingen en/of infrastructuurverbeteringen. Het vanuit een brede verantwoordelijkheid definiëren van een strategie zodat IV-technologie conform de behoeften van de organisatie geïmplementeerd wordt, rekening houdend met de huidige IV-platformen, legacy en de laatste innovatieve ontwikkelingen.
- Je hebt een afgeronde Hbo of universitaire opleiding in de informatica of minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring op vergelijkbaar niveau.
- 5 jaar werkervaring met het leveren van UX deliverables waarmee teams aan de slag kunnen
- 5 jaar werkervaring met UX/UI design
- 3 jaar werkervaring met UX strategie, UX Research en UX Design.
Wishes
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Ervaring met het automatiseren van technisch complexe (operationele) informatiesystemen.
- Ervaring met het maken van mock-ups/prototypes.
- Ervaring met het gebruik en toepassen van software engineering.
- Ervaring met het zelfstandig uitvoeren van gebruikersonderzoek.

- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
