Work
Je geeft richting en vorm aan de employer branding en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie van de opdrachtgever. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een herkenbare merkstrategie en vertaalt deze naar aansprekende wervingscampagnes, creatieve content en concrete communicatie-uitingen. Zo draag je bij aan een sterker werkgeversimago en een toekomstbestendige positionering op de arbeidsmarkt.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een consistente employer branding-strategie.
- Ontwerpen, coördineren en verankeren van nieuwe arbeidsmarktcampagnes en wervingsacties.
- Creëren van doelgroepgerichte content voor sociale media, website en andere kanalen.
- Bewaken van merkconsistentie en uitstraling in alle arbeidsmarktcommunicatie.
- Adviseren over verdere ontwikkeling van het werkgeversmerk op basis van resultaten.
Job requirements
- Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in communicatie, marketing of HRM.
- Meerdere jaren ervaring met arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, employer branding en werving & selectie.
- Strategisch en creatief denker die ook praktisch uitvoert.
- Ervaren met storytelling, sociale media en projectmatig werken.
- Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar, met fysieke aanwezigheid op dinsdag en donderdag.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een samenwerkingsgerichte houding.
