Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een SharePoint Specialist die energie krijgt van complexe migraties en procesoptimalisatie. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het analyseren, verbeteren en moderniseren van het SharePoint PaaS-platform in combinatie met Nintex Workflow en Forms. Binnen een organisatie in transitie draag je bij aan een toekomstbestendige digitale werkomgeving. Een uitdagende opdracht met zichtbare impact binnen Defensie.

What will you do?

  • Analyseren en evalueren van bedrijfsvoeringsvraagstukken binnen het SharePoint Platform as a Service (PaaS).
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van Nintex Workflow en Forms (inclusief K2).
  • Ondersteunen bij diverse migraties en aanpassingen binnen SharePoint- en Nintex-omgevingen.
  • Migreren van bestaande IT-oplossingen naar nieuwe platformversies of architecturen.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en adviseren over optimalisaties in bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om de continuïteit van het defensiebrede intranet te waarborgen.

Context and objective

  • De opdracht speelt binnen CZSK, onderdeel van Defensie.
  • Er vinden momenteel diverse reorganisaties plaats die invloed hebben op het defensiebrede intranet.
  • Door capaciteitsgebrek is versterking van het team noodzakelijk.
  • De focus ligt op het waarborgen van een stabiele en toekomstbestendige SharePoint- en Nintex-omgeving.
  • Migratie en optimalisatie van bestaande IT-oplossingen zijn essentieel voor continuïteit.
  • De opdracht combineert zowel technische als analytische werkzaamheden.
  • Doel: bijdragen aan efficiënte bedrijfsvoering en digitale samenwerking binnen Defensie.


Job requirements

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en evalueren van bedrijfsvoeringvraagstukken met betrekking tot SharePoint als Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) in combinatie met Nintex Workflow en Forms. Ondersteunen bij migraties en aanpassingen in SharePoint en Nintex (K2), inclusief het migreren van bestaande IT-oplossingen.
  • 5 jaar werkervaring als SharePoint expert.
  • Je hebt tenminste een afgeronde HBO-opleiding (diploma) op IT-gebied.
  • 5 jaar werkervaring in het realiseren en adviseren van verbetervoorstellen en het implementeren van gedragen complexe verbetervoorstellen op het gebied van SharePoint i.c.m. Nintex.
  • 5 jaar werkervaring met het uitvoeren van testen op basis van een bestaand format.
  • 1 jaar werkervaring met Nintex Workflow & Forms.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met ShareGate.
  • 3 jaar werkervaring met Scripting.

Wishes

  • Werkervaring bij de Defensie organisatie.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
