Jij helpt het Service Management Platform verder te ontwikkelen en optimaliseren om de groeiende vraag binnen en buiten JIVC te ondersteunen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met het DevOps-team en de Product Owner om kwalitatieve, samenhangende oplossingen te realiseren. Work
What will you do?
- Vertalen van functionele wensen en eisen naar nieuwe of aangepaste functionaliteiten binnen het ServiceNow-platform.
- Uitwerken van functionele behoeften in user stories en plaatsen op de product backlog.
- Adviseren van de Product Owner over functionele oplossingen en prioriteiten.
- Actief bijdragen aan het aanpassen en verfijnen van stories binnen het DevOps-team.
- Bewaken van de samenhang tussen verschillende stories en functionaliteiten.
- Toelichten van gerealiseerde functionaliteiten tijdens demo’s en reviews.
- Reviewen en functioneel testen van door technisch consultants gerealiseerde stories.
- Bijwerken van werkinstructies op basis van gerealiseerde stories en nieuwe functionaliteiten.
Context and objective
- De opdracht vindt plaats binnen JIVC (Joint IV Commando), onderdeel van Defensie.
- Het team werkt met het Service Management Platform ServiceNow.
- Doel is het verder ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van het ServiceNow-platform om groeiende functionele behoeften te ondersteunen.
- De Business Consultant vormt de schakel tussen organisatiebehoeften en technische realisatie.
- Er is een sterke samenwerking met de Product Owner en het DevOps-team.
- Kwaliteit en samenhang van stories en functionaliteiten staan centraal.
- De continuïteit van het ServiceNow DevOps-team is cruciaal vanwege toenemende vraag naar functionaliteit.
Job requirements
- 2 jaar werkervaring met ServiceNow in een complexe IT omgeving/Overheid.
- Je hebt een geldig ServiceNow System Administration certificaat (CSA).
- 3 jaar werkervaring met ITIL minimaal v3 (Foundation).
- 3 jaar werkervaring in het ondersteunen van implementaties van het ServiceNow platform.
- 3 jaar werkervaring met het vertalen van functionaliteiten (wensen) naar ServiceNow systeemoplossingen/requirements.
- 2 jaar werkervaring met implementatie van ServiceNow ITSM.
- 3 years of working experience working in Agile teams.
Wishes
- Je hebt aanvullende ServiceNow certificeringen: FSM, ITSM en/of SPM.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
