Work

De ICT-afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van een stabiele en toekomstgerichte technische ICT-infrastructuur voor verschillende gemeenten en daaraan verbonden externe partijen. Deze afdeling werkt professioneel, zonder commercieel belang, en betrekt de gemeenten proactief bij technologische ontwikkelingen in een voortdurend veranderende digitale wereld.

Onlangs is er een complex ICT-migratieproject afgerond waarbij vier decentrale ICT-omgevingen zijn samengevoegd tot één gezamenlijke omgeving.

What will you do?

  • Ondersteunen van het beheer binnen het Citrix-team.
  • Oplossen van incidenten en uitvoeren van wijzigingsverzoeken.
  • Deelnemen aan (complexe) ICT-projecten. De primaire verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij het beheer van Citrix Netscaler, maar je bent ook betrokken bij projecten rondom de Citrix VDI-omgeving, waaronder de lopende migratie van Windows 10 naar Windows 11.
  • Bij afwezigheid nemen de senioren binnen het Citrix-team elkaars taken over. Daarom is gedegen kennis van Citrix VDI in combinatie met PVS en FAS essentieel.
  • Overdracht van kennis aan het beheerteam.

Naast technische kennis en ervaring is het belangrijk dat je stressbestendig bent, overzicht weet te behouden, goed kunt samenwerken en je kennis helder kunt overbrengen op collega’s.
