Work
What will you do?
- Analyseren van bestaande MS-Access-applicaties en het vertalen naar nieuwe functionele en technische eisen in overleg met stakeholders.
- Opstellen van een Minimum Viable Product (MVP) als basis voor de nieuwe webapplicatie.
- Ontwerpen van technische oplossingen die aansluiten op de bestaande architectuur.
- Identificeren van technische ontwerprisico’s en toezien op ingebouwde kwaliteit en beveiliging.
- Ontwikkelen en integreren van webapplicatiecomponenten in .NET Core, Angular, EF Core en RESTful API’s.
- Optimaliseren van prestaties, beveiliging en schaalbaarheid van applicaties.
- Onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van bestaande (geherplatformde) webapplicaties.
- Analyseren en oplossen van storingen en bugs in de applicaties.
- Werken met T-SQL en SQL Server (inclusief stored procedures, constraints en datamodellering).
- Samenwerken in een klein, multifunctioneel team volgens Agile-werkwijze.
Context and objective
- De opdracht vindt plaats binnen het team "Kleinschalige Applicaties" van Defensie.
- Het team beheert en vernieuwt applicaties binnen de keten Materieel, Logistiek & Financieel management.
- Doel is het replatformen van MS-Access-applicaties naar webapplicaties (o.b.v. .NET/Angular) i.v.m. Life Cycle Management.
- Het team is verantwoordelijk voor beheer, instandhouding én doorontwikkeling van deze applicaties.
- De functioneel-technische eisen worden samen met stakeholders vertaald naar een MVP.
- De omgeving vereist kennis van interfaces, mede vanwege koppelingen met een zelfstandig netwerk in de VS.
- Zelfstandig werken binnen een klein team is cruciaal.
- Er wordt gewerkt volgens Agile-methodiek met korte iteraties.
Job requirements
- 2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van het schrijven van software ontwerpen.
- 5 jaar ervaring op het gebied van software realisatie in .Net/ Angular.
- Je beschikt over een hbo diploma.
- Je beschikt over goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- 5 jaar ervaring met Angular en Typescript.
- 7 jaar ervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar met .Net Core, EF Core, WebAPI (REST), #C en SQL.
- 8 jaar ervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar met Concepten Open (Codeer) standaarden en Webtechnologie (HTML5 en CSS3).

- Ervaring met MS-Acces in de afgelopen 10 jaar.
- Ervaring met Jest Unittesten in de afgelopen 5 jaar.
- Ervaring met Azure DevOps- Services in de afgelopen 5 jaar.
- Ervaring met GIT in de afgelopen 5 jaar.
- Ervaring met ProxyService en kennis van het koppelen van diverse API's en externe koppelingen in de afgelopen 5 jaar.
- Ervaring met het analyseren van gebruikersbehoefte, opstellen van functionele en technische eisen gecombineerd met analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen in de afgelopen 5 jaar.

- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
