Voor onze opdrachtgever O&P Rijk (Businessunit IT – IT-HR) zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Scrum Master IT die teams helpt excelleren binnen een complexe en maatschappelijk relevante IT-omgeving. In deze opdracht werk je met meerdere DevOps-teams aan het verbeteren van samenwerking, flow en kwaliteit binnen HR- en salarissystemen voor ruim 155.000 rijksmedewerkers. Je bent niet alleen facilitator, maar ook coach, sparringpartner en adviseur die teams en stakeholders meeneemt in agile volwassenheid en duurzame verbetering.

What will you do?

  • Faciliteren en continu verbeteren van Scrum-events en agile teamprocessen.
  • Creëren van flow binnen teams en het wegnemen van structurele belemmeringen.
  • Coachen van teams op samenwerking, eigenaarschap, zelforganisatie en continu leren.
  • Analyseren en toepassen van agile metrics voor datagedreven verbeteringen.
  • Stimuleren van high performing teams en een open feedbackcultuur.
  • Bevorderen van ketensamenwerking en alignment tussen teams.
  • Samenwerken met andere Scrum Masters en Agile Coaches.
  • Adviseren van management en stakeholders over agile werken en transformatie.
  • Bijdragen aan toekomstbestendige IT-dienstverlening binnen een complexe omgeving.

Job requirements

  • Je hebt WO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring als scrummaster.
  • Je hebt werkervaring met verandermanagement.
  • Je bent gecertificeerd scrummaster.
  • Je hebt werkervaring met agile werken in IT-omgevingen.

Wishes:

  • Je hebt ervaring met coaching en verandermanagement op teamniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SAFe, LeSS en/of Kanban.
  • Je hebt ervaring ketensamenwerking binnen de overheid.
  • Je beschikt over de volgende competenties; Coachend leiderschap, Resultaatgerichtheid, Organisatiesensitiviteit, Luisteren en doorvragen, Motiveren en verbinden, Flexibiliteit, Stressbestendigheid, Initiatiefrijk en proactief handelen, Vermogen om rust, richting en energie te brengen.
  • You have experience and/or affinity with the client's organisation.
