Voor onze opdrachtgever, het Ministerie van Defensie, zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Ontwerper MDM. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en de doorontwikkeling van de Mobile Device Management omgeving van Defensie. Je draagt bij aan hoge beschikbaarheid, vernieuwing en optimale beveiliging van de ICT-omgeving. Samen met collega’s binnen JIVC werk je aan innovatieve en betrouwbare oplossingen in een complexe, dynamische omgeving.

What will you do?

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het technisch beheer van het IT-landschap binnen Defensie.
  • Vertalen van functionele eisen naar functionele ontwerpen, en deze doorvertalen naar technische ontwerpen.
  • Opstellen van (inrichtings)documentatie, quality certificeringen en maatregelen op basis van uitvoeringsbepalingen.
  • Uitvoeren van impact- en risicoanalyses op samenhang binnen ICT-architecturen.
  • Adviseren van technisch verantwoordelijken over ontwerpen en implementaties.
  • Ontwikkelen, bouwen en aanpassen van componenten binnen ICT-architecturen en infrastructuren.
  • Uitvoeren van testscenario’s en analyseren van verstoringen, inclusief advies over modificaties en maatregelen.
  • Richtlijnen en adviezen geven omtrent het gebruik van ICT-architectuur en applicaties.

Context and objective

  • De opdracht speelt binnen het Ministerie van Defensie, bij JIVC (Joint IV Commando).
  • JIVC levert betrouwbare, beveiligde en marktconforme ICT-diensten voor Defensie en andere overheden.
  • De rol richt zich op het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Doel is het waarborgen van hoge beschikbaarheid, vernieuwing van de MDM-omgeving en verdere verbetering van beveiliging.
  • De werkomgeving is complex en technisch uitdagend, met een sterke focus op optimalisatie en change management.
  • Samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen JIVC zijn essentieel om kwaliteit te leveren.
  • Standplaats is Maasland, met hybride werken (o.a. maandag en dinsdag op locatie, overige dagen flexibel).
  • De functie biedt ruimte om actief bij te dragen aan innovatie en verbetering binnen het defensieve ICT-landschap.

Job requirements

  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor eigen acties en die van andere om te garanderen dat de applicatie op een correctie manier is geintereerd in een complex omgeving en voldoet aan de behoeften van gebruikers / klanten.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal HBO niveau
  • 6 jaar ervaring met implementatie trajecten van Mobile Device Management omgeving van Ivanti (on premise)
  • 6 jaar ervaring met Samsung omgevingen (Knox Mobile Enrollment en E-Fota)
  • 6 jaar ervaring met Apple omgevingen (Apple Bussiness Manager)
  • 5 jaar ervaring met technisch schrijven

Wishes

  • Ervaring met toepassen van beveiligingskaders zoals bijvoorbeeld de BIR, STIG.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
