Als Interim Senior Inkoopmanager bij een toonaangevende kennisorganisatie werk je aan het professionaliseren van de inkoopfunctie. Je brengt structuur in een nu nog gefragmenteerde inkoopomgeving, met grote en kleine trajecten variërend van inhuur tot softwarelicenties. Met jouw ervaring in change management zorg je dat beleid, processen en gedrag in de organisatie met elkaar in lijn komen en lever je direct waarde in lopende inkooptrajecten.

  • Advies uitbrengen over de optimale inrichting van de inkooporganisatie.
  • Inkoopbeleid opstellen in samenwerking met juridische zaken.
  • Projectmatig de gekozen inkooporganisatie implementeren.
  • Een plan opstellen om nieuw beleid en werkwijzen te laten landen in de organisatie.
  • Directe ondersteuning bieden bij lopende (complexe) inkooptrajecten.
  • Rapporteren aan het MT en nauw samenwerken met CFO en Head of Legal.

 

Context en doelstelling

  • Werken binnen een onafhankelijk kennisinstituut met wereldwijde projecten op het gebied van water en ondergrond.
  • Inkoopvolume van ruim 50 miljoen euro per jaar, met uiteenlopende categorieën (inhuur, facilitaire zaken, hard- en softwarelicenties).
  • Huidige inkoop is gefragmenteerd; doel is meer uniformiteit en kostenbewustzijn.
  • Inkoopprofessionaliteit verhogen: kosten structureel verlagen, processen en systemen verbeteren, voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en aansluiten op de organisatiestrategie.
  • Change management is essentieel om draagvlak te creëren en duurzaam nieuw gedrag te borgen. 


Job requirements

  • Ruime ervaring als senior inkoopmanager.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met verandermanagement in grote organisaties.
  • Ervaring met Europese aanbestedingen.
  • Ervaring met het succesvol afronden van complexe interimopdrachten.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en verbindende stijl; je creëert draagvlak.
  • Beschikbaar voor minimaal één jaar.
