Work

  • Coaching en begeleiding: Begeleiden, coachen en trainen van twee functioneel beheerders op inhoudelijk en procesmatig niveau.
  • Opzetten van kennisoverdrachtstrajecten, best practices en werkinstructies.
  • Bevorderen van zelfredzaamheid en ownership binnen het functioneel beheerteam.
  • Inhoudelijke ondersteuning: Analyseren en optimaliseren van AFAS-processen binnen financiën.
  • Adviseren over inrichting, optimalisatie en configuratie van AFAS.
  • Projectondersteuning en implementatie: Bijdragen aan of leiden van (deel)projecten rondom AFAS-uitbreidingen, updates of migraties.
  • Opstellen van verbetervoorstellen, functionele ontwerpen en rapportages en analyses.
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders, AFAS en externe leveranciers.
  • Kwaliteitsborging: Opzetten van monitoring, documentatie en standaardisering van beheerprocessen.
  • Borgen van compliancy en dataveiligheid volgens gemeentelijke richtlijnen en wet- en regelgeving (o.a. AVG).

Job requirements

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als AFAS Consultant
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met coaching of mentoring van functioneel beheerders.
  • Diepgaande kennis van AFAS Profit en InSite, inclusief workflows, rapportages, connectors, en inrichting
  • Ervaring met het vertalen van complexe financiële bedrijfsprocessen naar AFAS-oplossingen
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een richting zoals Bedrijfskunde, Informatica of Finance
  • Ruime ervaring met functioneel beheer van AFAS finance
  • Analytisch sterk: in staat om financiële gegevens te analyseren en om te zetten naar bruikbare rapportages
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en het kunnen schakelen tussen techniek en gebruikersbehoeften
  • Kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken (zoals Agile of Scrum) is een pre.
  • Kennis van (gemeentelijke) financiële relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals BBV – Besluit Begroting en Verantwoording) is een pre
  • Bekend met gemeentelijke wet- en regelgeving (zoals AVG)
  • Ervaring met het opzetten van beheerdocumentatie, instructies en kennisdossiers.
