Voor onze opdrachtgever, het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Adviseur Digitale Transformatie. In deze rol draag je bij aan het versnellen van de digitalisering binnen een van de grootste vastgoedorganisaties van Nederland. Met jouw kennis van lean en agile help je het programmateam én de organisatie om deze verandering vorm te geven en te verankeren. Een mooie uitdaging binnen de publieke sector, met veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en strategisch advies.

Work

Het programma VCT (Vaste Complete Teams) gaat de digitaliseringsketen van het RVB drastisch versnellen door een andere manier van werken en organiseren te introduceren. In dit programma wordt gezocht naar een senior adviseur die het programma team ondersteunt, delen van het ontwerp maakt en een grote bijdrage levert bij het opzetten van de transformatie. Deze opdracht kan uitgebreid worden met de uitvoering van onderdelen van de transformatie.

Job requirements

  • Je beschikt over WO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je beschikt over gedurende minimaal 10 jaar kennis en ervaring met Lean/Six Sigma (Master Black Belt) en/of Scrum (PSM II en PSPO III) en/of Safe (Leading SAFe);
  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring op het gebied van Lean en Agile transformaties in grotere organisaties (3000+ fte), waarvan minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het geven van trainingen aan PO’s en SM’s en minimaal 3 jaar coaching van leiders op directie niveau.

Wishes:

  • Je hebt ervaring en/of affiniteit met de organisatie van de opdrachtgever;
  • Je beschikt over bestuurlijke sensitiviteit, kunt goed plannen en organiseren, werkt resultaatgericht en omgevingsbewust, weet effectief te netwerken, organisaties en teams aan te sturen, anderen te motiveren en toont creativiteit in je aanpak.
