Work
- Supervise and facilitate the BI team as scrum master/team leader.
- Organising Scrum events and monitoring agile principles.
- Coaching the team in self-organisation and collaboration.
- Identify and resolve impediments within the team.
- Create stable cooperation and clear processes within the BI domain.
Job requirements
- HBO+ working and thinking level.
- Demonstrable work experience as a scrum master and/or team leader within a BI environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with data warehouses, ETL processes and BI tools (including WebFocus and Azure).
- Demonstrable work experience in the last 3 years in managing, supervising and motivating a team.
- Demonstrable work experience with social goals within a complex government organisation.
Wishes:
- Completed training or course in scrum mastery.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a scrum master and/or team leader within a BI environment.
- At least 2 years' experience with social goals within a complex government organisation.
- Strong in connecting different interests and able to counteract when necessary.
- Able to coach employees and move with internal and external developments.
