Voor een opdrachtgever uit de energiesector in de regio Arnhem zoeken we een ervaren Scrum Master die teams helpt groeien in volwassenheid en samenwerking. In deze opdracht werk je binnen een Agile Release Train aan complexe vraagstukken met impact. Je beweegt je soepel tussen teams en stakeholders, brengt structuur én energie en weet agile principes praktisch toe te passen. Een rol voor iemand die verder kijkt dan het framework en teams echt vooruit wil helpen.

  • Begeleiden en coachen van meerdere teams in hun agile werkwijze.
  • Opzetten van een nieuw team samen met de Product Owner.
  • Ondersteunen van een projectteam in de overgang naar volledig agile werken.
  • Faciliteren van scrum-events en actief wegnemen van impediments.
  • Stimuleren van zelforganisatie en teamperformance.
  • Samenwerken met andere Scrum Masters binnen de ART.
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbetering binnen de ART.
  • Ondersteunen bij de toepassing van Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Adviseren van Product Owners en stakeholders over agile werken.
  • Signaleren en doorvoeren van concrete verbeteracties.

  • Sterke coachende en faciliterende vaardigheden.
