In deze rol help je het Cloud Center of Excellence structuur, flow en volwassen agile werkwijzen neer te zetten binnen een complexe en maatschappelijk relevante IT-omgeving. Je werkt aan de fundamenten van cloudplatformen binnen Defensie en begeleidt teams in verandering, samenwerking en professionalisering. Een impactvolle opdracht waarin je echt het verschil maakt op strategisch én operationeel niveau.

Work
What will you do?
- Opzetten, inrichten en continu verbeteren van werkprocessen, richtlijnen, tooling en werkwijzen binnen het CCoE
- Aanbrengen van overzicht, structuur en flow in een snelgroeiend team met meerdere initiatieven
- Vormgeven en implementeren van agile werkvormen binnen ICS en het CCoE
- Actief begeleiden van teams in verandering, nieuwe werkwijzen en verantwoordelijkheden
- Coachen en ondersteunen van engineers in hun dagelijkse werk en professionele ontwikkeling
- Sturen op samenwerking, transparantie en volwassenheid van het team
Context and objective
- Het Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) bevindt zich in een opstart- en groeifase
- Fundamenten, processen en werkwijzen moeten nog worden neergezet
- Agile werken is in ontwikkeling en moet organisatiebreed verder worden verankerd
- De opdracht vraagt om structuur aanbrengen zonder innovatie te remmen
- Het CCoE ondersteunt Defensie bij cloudstrategie en cloudimplementaties
- Focus op professionele samenwerking binnen een complexe IT- en overheidscontext
- Deze opdracht is gepubliceerd voor een reeds zittende kandidaat als verlenging
Job requirements
- 10 jaar werkervaring met het gekozen eCF profiel of soortelijke functie.
Wishes
- Ervaring in SAFE, Scrumban en Agile transformaties.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
