For the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to supervise multiple DevOps teams within an Agile Release Train (ART). You will be responsible for coaching teams and Product Owners, using your energy and pragmatic approach to ensure a culture of continuous improvement. The teams work according to the SAFe methodology and need someone to bring structure, fuel focus and encourage collaboration.

Work
What will you do?
- Coaching team members in self-management and multidisciplinary working;
- Helping teams focus on achieving the prioritised features, which meet the Definition of Done;
- Helping teams see the need for clear and concise Product Backlog Items;
- Jointly with the teams, the product owners and the product manager to further develop Agile tools and techniques;
- Leading, training and coaching the department in its adoption of agile and agile working;
- Facilitating collaboration with stakeholders when requested or needed.
Job requirements
- You have experience within organisations working with a Scaled Agile Framework and can substantiate knowledge with training and certificates;
- You are familiar with conventional methods and techniques and can creatively and effectively combine them with Agile methods and techniques;
- You have experience in coaching both teams and individuals. Your experience and pragmatic approach allow you to put people & teams on the right track and help get the organisation moving;
- You have experience on techniques for effective product backlog;
- You have at least 7 years of experience at HBO/WO working and thinking level;
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a certified scrum master (at least PSM II) in a complex IT environment with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring and facilitation;
- You have at least 3 years' experience in managing multiple Agile/Scrum teams;
- You have at least 3 years' experience with SAFe;
- You are willing to work entirely on site.
