Wil jij meerdere teams begeleiden in hun groei naar volwassen agile samenwerking? Als Senior Scrum Master binnen de Agile Release Train Integrale Business Planning werk je aan complexe vraagstukken die direct bijdragen aan de energietransitie. Je creëert structuur, brengt energie en helpt teams en stakeholders om elke sprint beter te worden. Een opdracht voor een ervaren professional die graag bouwt, coacht en verbetert. Deze uitvraag is uitsluitend mogelijk op basis van detachering.

  • Begeleiden van teams in hun agile werkwijze en groei naar volwassenheid.
  • Opzetten van een nieuw team samen met de Product Owner.
  • Ondersteunen van een voormalig projectteam in de transitie naar agile werken.
  • Faciliteren van scrum-events en oplossen van impediments.
  • Coachen van teams richting high performance en zelforganisatie.
  • Samenwerken met Scrum Masters binnen de ART en bijdragen aan continue verbetering.
  • Ondersteunen van de ART in het toepassen van Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Adviseren van Product Owners en stakeholders over agile werken en teamontwikkeling.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpotentieel en uitvoeren van concrete verbeteracties.

Context and objective

  • Werken binnen een Agile Release Train gericht op integrale business planning.
  • Bijdragen aan complexe projecten binnen de energietransitie.
  • Teams ondersteunen in verschillende ontwikkelniveaus en groeifasen.
  • Zorgdragen voor een consistente, pragmatische toepassing van agile principes.
  • Versterken van samenwerking en wendbaarheid binnen de ART.

Job requirements

  • Ruime ervaring als Scrum Master in een complexe omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van teams in verschillende volwassenheidsniveaus.
  • Ervaring met teamontwikkeling en high-performance coaching.
  • Ervaring in de nutssector of bij grote corporates
