Work
De Scrum Master heeft de opdracht om de afdeling ICT beheer verder te brengen in het Agile werken. Enerzijds als Scrum Master en anderzijds als Agile Coach om de teams en medewerkers te trainen en ondersteunen bij vaardigheden en competenties die nodig zijn bij de Agile ontwikkeling van de organisatie. De Scrum Master werkt hierbij nauw samen met het management van de afdeling en de Product coördinatoren in de verschillende clusters en ander stakeholders bij het organiseren van kwartaalplannings bijeenkomsten. De Coach begeleidt elk cluster bij het goed uitvoeren van de stand-ups en het organiseren van de planning- en refinementsessies die PDI breed georganiseerd worden. Naast het uitvoeren van de rol als Scrum Master en Agile Coach is ook de inrichting en, in samenhang met elkaar, doorontwikkelen van de gebruikte tooling (o.a. Azure DevOps) een onderdeel van de opdracht.
Job requirements
- Je bent in het bezit van PSM1 en PSM2
- Je bent in het bezit van Leading SAFe
- Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde hbo opleiding
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een rol als Scrum Master
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het inrichten en organiseren van Agile werkvormen
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het coachen van groepen in het voeren van stand-ups en overleggen
- Je bent bereid om voor deze opdracht en passende motivatiebrief van maximaal een halve A4 te schrijven waaruit blijkt dat je de opdracht begrijpt
Wishes
- Je bent in het bezit van PSPO1 en PSPO2
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met organisatieveranderingen
- Je hebt ervaring met team coaching
- Je hebt ervaring met Azure DevOps
