  • Begeleiden van teams in hun agile werkwijze en groei naar volwassenheid.
  • Faciliteren van scrum-events en actief wegnemen van impediments.
  • Coachen van teams richting zelforganisatie en voorspelbare levering.
  • Samenwerken met Scrum Masters binnen de ART en borgen van continue verbetering.
  • Ondersteunen bij toepassing van Lean Portfolio Management in de ART.
  • Adviseren van Product Owners en stakeholders over agile werken en teamontwikkeling.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en vertalen naar concrete acties.

Context and objective

  • Werken binnen een Agile Release Train (Grote Werkpakketten) bij een opdrachtgever in de energietransitie.
  • Focus op praktische toepassing van Agile en Scrum, passend bij de organisatiecontext.
  • Doel: teams naar duurzame high performance brengen en voorspelbare waarde leveren.
  • Samenwerking over teams heen om alignment, flow en continue verbetering te versterken.


Job requirements

  • Ruime ervaring als Scrum Master in complexe projectomgevingen.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken.
  • Ervaring met teamcoaching op verschillende ontwikkelniveaus.
  • Trackrecord in het verhogen van teamvolwassenheid en performance.
  • Stevig in communicatie en stakeholdermanagement.

Wishes

  • Ervaring met Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Ervaring binnen een Agile Release Train (bijv. SAFe).
