Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een SAP Specialist S/4HANA die een sleutelrol speelt in de verdere ontwikkeling en ondersteuning van complexe logistieke SAP-omgevingen binnen Defensie. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten waarin techniek en functionaliteit samenkomen, met focus op modules als EHS, EWM, SD, MM en PM. Binnen het ketenteam MLO&F IT draag je direct bij aan het operationele voortzettingsvermogen van de krijgsmacht. Een unieke kans om jouw SAP-expertise in te zetten voor een organisatie met maatschappelijke impact.

What will you do?

  • Functionele en technische ondersteuning bieden binnen SAP-logistieke modules (EHS, EWM, SD, MM, PM).
  • Ondersteunen bij beheeractiviteiten voor UIDP, Next Labs en SAP HR.
  • Technische ondersteuning leveren bij release-upgradeprojecten van S/4HANA.
  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van oplossingen met ABAP voor SAP HANA.
  • Werken met en verbeteren van SAP Fiori-toepassingen.
  • Functioneel werken binnen modules als PP en DFPS.
  • Customizing uitvoeren in SAP-modules EHS en WM.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s binnen het ketenteam WSM en bijdragen aan (migratie)projecten.
  • Aansturing geven aan collega’s binnen het team bij specifieke deelprojecten.

Context and objective

  • Onderdeel van het Ketenteam MLO&F IT (Materieel-logistiek en Financiën) binnen JIVC, de IT-organisatie van Defensie.
  • Het team is verantwoordelijk voor IV-dienstverlening over de volledige levenscyclus van materieel-logistieke en financiële processen.
  • Levert betrouwbare, betaalbare en innovatieve IV-oplossingen voor Defensie.
  • Draagt bij aan de operationele slagkracht en continuïteit van de krijgsmacht.
  • Treedt op als regisseur van IV-dienstverlening met een focus op samenwerking tussen Defensie en marktpartijen.
  • Waarborgt kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en integriteit van systemen en processen.
  • De consultant draagt bij aan beheer, innovatie en migratie van SAP-systemen binnen deze keten.
  • Doel: waarborgen van stabiele en toekomstbestendige SAP-ondersteuning voor Defensieprocessen.
  • De opdracht is uitgezet als verlenging.

Job requirements

  • Ervaring met het creatief ontwikkelen van applicaties en het kiezen van de geschikte technische opties; het rekening houden met andere ontwikkelingsactiviteiten; het optimaliseren van applicatieontwikkeling, – beheer en -prestaties door het gebruik van architectuur en het hergebruik van bewezen oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een universitaire opleiding of HBO Informatica cq Bedrijfskunde of minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring op HBO/Universitaire niveau
  • 5 jaar werk ervaring met Migratie, upgrade, beheer, projecten SAP.
  • 5 jaar ervaring met ABAP (oa. Smartforms, BAPI, RFC, ALE, Idoc, Badi, User exits, ALV, SQL, Webservices, Performance tuning), en (ABAP OO,ABAP CDS,RAP(ODATA), SAPUI5, SAP Fiori Elements, Extensibility tools.

Wishes

  • 5 jaar ervaring van MDG-M en MDG-EAM.
  • 5 jaar ervaring van HR SAP.
  • 5 jaar ervaring van TM (transport Management).
  • 3 jaar ervaring van Fiori breed, freestyle en Javascript.
  • 1 jaar ervaring van Asset Visibility.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
