Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een SAP S4/HANA Educator. In deze rol werk je aan het ontwikkelen en verzorgen van opleidingen rondom de S4HANA-implementatie, met een focus op transport- en verplaatsingsprocessen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers klaar zijn om effectief met het nieuwe systeem te werken. Een uitdagende opdracht waarbij kennisdeling, procesoptimalisatie en systeemimplementatie samenkomen.

What will you do?

  • Ontwikkelen, aanpassen en implementeren van opleidingen gericht op S4HANA.
  • Specifiek verantwoordelijk voor het deelgebied verplaatsingen en transport.
  • Analyseren van leerbehoeften binnen dit domein en vertalen naar effectieve opleidingsmodules.
  • Samenwerken met inhoudsdeskundigen om lesmateriaal up-to-date te houden.
  • Begeleiden van medewerkers tijdens het leerproces.
  • Evalueren en verbeteren van de opleidingen op basis van feedback en resultaten.

  • De organisatie bevindt zich in een transitie naar S4HANA.
  • Er is behoefte aan goed opgeleide medewerkers die efficiënt kunnen werken met het nieuwe systeem.
  • De focus ligt op het optimaliseren van transport- en verplaatsingsprocessen binnen S4HANA.
  • De opleidingen vormen een cruciale schakel in het succes van deze implementatie.
  • De rol draagt bij aan het vergroten van kennis en adoptie van S4HANA in de organisatie.
  • Doel is om medewerkers zelfredzaam en systeemvaardig te maken.
  • De functie combineert didactische expertise met proceskennis.

Job requirements

  • 1 jaar aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met de modules TM en ketenlogistiek van SAP i.v.m. leverintegratie.
  • Opleiding afgerond voor SAP opleider/trainer.
  • HBO gekwalificeerd.
  • 1 jaar ervaring op het gebied van IT opleiden en trainen.

Wishes

  • 1 jaar kennis en ervaring met de DFPS module bij voorkeur aangevuld met basiskennis over de nieuwe D&S module van SAP.
  • Kennis en ervaring van de bedrijfsvoering en de inrichting van het datalandschap van defensie in SAP.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
