Voor onze eindklant, het Ministerie van Defensie, zoeken wij SAFe Team van 8 FTE. Deze rol biedt jou de unieke kans om bij te dragen aan de vernieuwing van onze nationale defensie-infrastructuur. Strategisch SAFe adviseur en senior SAFe adviseur

Uitvoerende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Samen met teamlead van JIVC leiden, uitvoeren en opstellen van (scaled) agile assessments, transformatieplannen en –aanpak en veranderstrategieën;
  • Opstellen van een organisatieontwerp (TOM) in lijn met de te definiëren waardestromen;
  • Opstellen van transformatie-roadmaps op board-, directie- en afdelingsniveau;
  • Ontwikkelen van kaders, templates, (digitale) hulpmiddelen en ‘way of working’ voor agile/SAFe-transformatie;
  • Zorgdragen voor een gedragen transformatievisie en -advies op directie, lijn- en afdelingshoofd niveau;
  • (Evaluatie)onderzoek naar effectiviteit en voortgang van de agile-transformaties;
  • Voorstellen doen voor verbetering en bijstelling van transformatie-aanpak, -producten en -activiteiten;
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het interne agile/SAFe-expertiseteam van Defensie (bijvoorbeeld: best practices borgen, medewerkers coachen on the job, trends en ontwikkelingen delen).

Medior en junior SAFe adviseurs 

De medior en junior SAFe adviseurs zijn onderdeel van het vaste team en werken intensief samen met de Strategisch en senior SAFe Adviseurs. Ze hebben de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren en opstellen van (scaled) agile assessments, transformatieplannen en -aanpak en veranderstrategieën;
  • Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van kaders, templates, (digitale) hulpmiddelen en ‘way of working’ voor agile/SAFe-transformatie;
  • Ondersteunen bij het vormen en begeleiden van Agile Release Trains en multidisciplinaire SAFe-teams;
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van SAFe-transformatieproducten, kaders, templates en best practices;
  • (Ondersteunen bij het) voorbereiden van de besluitvorming rondom implementatie en voortgang;
  • (Evaluatie)onderzoek naar effectiviteit en volwassenheid van de transformatie; 
  • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van de SAFe-implementatie en teamontwikkeling; 
  • Opstellen van planningen, besluiten- en actielijsten, interne communicatie. 

Job requirements

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
