Work
What will you do?
- Begeleiden van 1 of meerdere Agile Feature Teams binnen een Agile Release Train (ART).
- Faciliteren van alle Agile ceremonies zoals Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives en Scrum of Scrums.
- Coachen van teams, Product Owners en stakeholders op Agile, Lean en DevOps principes en mindset.
- Ondersteunen van de Product Owner bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden en prioritering.
- Analyseren en optimaliseren van de Continuous Delivery Pipeline en prestatiemetingen (metrics/BVIR’s).
- Bewaken van de Agile werkwijze binnen het team en organisatie, inclusief SAFe-regels en best practices.
- Signaleren en oplossen van impediments om de teamflow te verbeteren.
- Samenwerken met RTE, LACE, architecten en andere Scrum Masters binnen een Scaled Agile omgeving.
- Bouwen aan een High Performance Team dat continu verbetert (relentless improvement).
- Co-engineeren van de Agile Release Train in samenwerking met RTE en LPM.
Context and objective
- De opdracht speelt binnen de sectie Systeemontwikkeling en Integratie (SO&I) van JIVC/Defensie.
- SO&I ontwikkelt en integreert Command & Control (C2) en C4I&I systemen voor operationele commandovoering.
- Er vindt een transitie naar het SAFe Framework plaats; de Scrum Master speelt een sleutelrol in deze volwassenwording.
- Doel is het realiseren van duurzame Agile volwassenheid binnen teams en de gehele organisatie.
- De Scrum Master maakt deel uit van een pool van Scrum Masters en Agile Coaches die samen werken aan deze transitie.
- Belangrijke focus ligt op het optimaliseren van samenwerking, processen en performance binnen de ART.
- Het eindresultaat is een zelfsturend, performant team dat werkt conform Lean, Agile en DevOps principes.
- De Scrum Master draagt bij aan korte time-to-market, tevreden stakeholders en continue verbetering
Job requirements
- 5 jaar ervaring met het leiden van een of meerdere teams als scrummaster.
- Je hebt een PSM1, PSM2 en/of Scaled Scrum Master certified (SSM) (minimaal V5.0) certificaat.
- Je hebt een Leading SAFe® certified (SA) (minimaal V5.0) certificaat.
- 5 jaar ervaring proces facilitator, faciliteren Agile events van grote groepen (>25 personen), groepsdynamische processen, spreken in het openbaar.
- 5 jaar ervaring als Coach, zowel op team als individueel niveau.
Wishes
- Je hebt een SAFe DevOps certified (SDP) (minimaal V5.0) certificaat.
- Je hebt een inschrijving in ‘het register van team- en organisatie coaches’.
- Kennis van software development en/of platform infrastructuur en/of systeemintegratie en ervaring hand-on ervaring binnen en/of meerdere van deze kennisdomeinen.
- Werkervaring in met proces- en verandermanagement bij grote organisaties en/of overheid.
- 5 jaar ervaring als trainer/docent op het gebied van Lean, Agile (mindset, principes), DevOps principes.
- Je hebt een opleiding/ certificaat in Lean IT / Lean IT Leadership of vergelijkbaar.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
