In deze rol faciliteer je een Agile Release Train en zorg je dat meerdere teams effectief samenwerken aan het leveren van waarde. Je bent de spil in planning, executie en verbetering binnen het SAFe-framework en verwijdert obstakels die de voortgang belemmeren. Daarnaast coach je teams en stakeholders in Agile werkwijzen en borg je continue verbetering. Een uitdagende rol waarin je leiderschap, organisatie en resultaatgerichtheid combineert.

Work
What will you do?
- Organiseren en begeleiden van PI Planning events en zorgen voor alignement met stakeholders.
- Ondersteunen van teams tijdens de uitvoering van de PI en onderhouden van roadmap, PI-objectieven en afhankelijkheden.
- Faciliteren van ART Syncs zoals Scrum of Scrums en Product Management Sync.
- Signaleren en oplossen van team overstijgende belemmeringen in samenwerking met RTE’s, Scrum Masters en stakeholders.
- Monitoren en rapporteren van voortgang op PI-objectieven en Agile metrics.
- Coachen van teams, Scrum Masters en Product Owners in Agile werkwijzen.
- Organiseren van inspect & adapt workshops en stimuleren van continue verbetering.
Context and objective
- Je faciliteert en coördineert een Agile Release Train (ART) binnen een SAFe- of vergelijkbare scaled agile omgeving.
- Doel is het soepel laten verlopen van het delivery-proces en het creëren van maximale waarde.
- Je fungeert als verbinder tussen business en techniek voor alignement en transparantie.
- Je verwijdert obstakels die de samenwerking en voortgang belemmeren.
- Je borgt voorspelbaarheid en meetbare prestaties door het inzetten van Agile metrics.
- Je stimuleert een cultuur van leren en verbeteren binnen teams en stakeholders.
- Je begeleidt de ART in alle fases: van planning tot executie en evaluatie.
Job requirements
- Je beschikt over de volgende behaalde opleidingscertificaten: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE),Safe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist (SA).
- Je hebt een HBO- diploma op het gebied van IT, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
- 1 jaar ervaring met Jira.
- 3 jaar ervaring in een Agile omgeving.
- 1 jaar ervaring als Release Train Engineer/Manager.
- 3 jaar ervaring met coördinatie van meerdere Agile teams binnen een ART.
Wishes
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Je hebt organisatietalent en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren.
- Je bent probleemoplossend en besluitvaardig.
- Je hebt een coachende en faciliterende houding.
- 1 jaar ervaring met de tooling Azure DevOps & Confluence en een Prince 2 Foundation Certificaat.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires an A-screening process with an average duration of 10-12 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
