Je gaat een sleutelrol spelen in het opzetten, uitbreiden en professionaliseren van het certificatenbeheer binnen een complex en organisatiebreed IT-landschap. Deze opdracht omvat zowel technische verdieping als stevige sturing binnen een omgeving met lage volwassenheid en hoge impact. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse technische teams en een belangrijke externe partner, Keyfactor. Met jouw leiderschap zorg je dat Defensie veilig en betrouwbaar kan blijven opereren onder alle omstandigheden.

What will you do?
- Opzetten, structureren en leiden van het project Certificatenbeheer binnen een complex IT-landschap.
- Uitbreiden, inrichten en opschonen van het certificatenbeheer.
- Onboarden van infrastructuur, systemen en interne klanten op de nieuwe certificatenomgeving.
- Coördineren van migraties, herinrichtingen en ontmantelen van de oude certificatenomgeving.
- Afstemmen met solution architecten, technische teams en leveranciers.
- Zorgdragen voor samenhang tussen ICT-bouwstenen en het bewaken van kwaliteit en voortgang.
- Richting en structuur aanbrengen in processen en werkwijzen.
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s op projectmatig gebied en adviseren op gestructureerde wijze.
- Sturen in een dynamische organisatie met uiteenlopende stakeholders en parallelle trajecten.
- Zorgen dat het project voldoet aan de gestelde eisen, scope, planning en voorwaarden.
Context and objective
- Het project Certificatenbeheer is cruciaal voor veilige digitale toegang binnen Defensie.
- Er zijn veel interne klanten met uiteenlopende behoeften: van enkel onboarden tot complexe herinrichting.
- Samenwerking is uitdagend door veel afhankelijkheden tussen bouwstenen die door andere teams worden beheerd.
- De rol vraagt stevige sturing in een omgeving.
- De nieuwe omgeving moet toekomstproof worden, mogelijk richting persoonsgebonden certificaten.
- Het meenemen van belangrijke externe partners.
Job requirements
- 2 jaar ervaring met het organiseren en borgen van de bouw en implementatie van innovatieve IS oplossingen op de lange termijn.
- Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding.
- 3 jaar werkervaring als (Sr) Productspecialist of Projectmanager
- 3 jaar ervaring binnen de rijksoverheid
- 1 jaar werkervaring als adviseur/manager
- 3 jaar werkervaring met PKI-ETSI
Wishes:
- 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met ervaring met de Agile methodiek
- 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met Crypto
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
