Wij zijn voor onze opdrachtgever, het Ministerie van Defensie, op zoek naar een Projectmanager IT Integratie. In deze rol leid je de integratie van moderne IT-systemen in militaire voertuigen en containers, waarmee je direct bijdraagt aan een toekomstbestendige en operationeel sterke krijgsmacht. Je verbindt techniek, logistiek en uitvoering tot één soepel lopend geheel. Een unieke kans om complexe IT-projecten te realiseren met zichtbaar maatschappelijk en strategisch effect.

What will you do?

  • Zelfstandig aansturen van de inbouw van IT-systemen in militaire voertuigen en containers.
  • Coördineren van de uitvoering en realisatie van programma’s van eisen (PvE) binnen deelprojecten op het gebied van C4I.
  • Ondersteunen van technisch managers bij het realiseren van hun deelopdrachten en waarborgen van de technische voortgang.
  • Begeleiden van de ontwikkeling, oplevering en accreditatie van IT in prototypevoertuigen en -containers.
  • Aansturen van de overgang van prototypefase naar seriematige productie.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor verwerving en logistieke processen rondom IT-componenten.
  • Zorgen dat alle resultaten worden vastgelegd in technische, logistieke en inbouwinstructies voor de seriematige toepassing.

Context and objective

  • De opdracht maakt deel uit van een grootschalig programma gericht op de modernisering van militaire voertuigen en containers.
  • Het IT-deelproject valt binnen de organisatieonderdelen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor landgebonden IT-systemen.
  • Doel is het realiseren van betrouwbare, veilige en geaccrediteerde IT-oplossingen voor militaire inzet.
  • Het project richt zich op de integratie van IT in verschillende typen containers, zoals commandovoering, verbindingen, kantoor, werkplaats, magazijn en logistiek vervoer.
  • De focus ligt op het creëren van een uniforme en toekomstbestendige IT-inbouwstandaard.
  • De projectmanager fungeert als spil tussen technische uitvoering, logistiek en verwerving.
  • Belangrijk is het borgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele inzetbaarheid in de overgang van prototype naar serieproductie.
  • Deze aanvraag is uitgezet voor een reeds zitten kandidaat als verlenging

Job requirements

  • 5 jaar werkervaring als IT projectmanager bij grote overheidsorganisaties > 50.000 VTE-en
  • 4 jaar kennis en werkervaring met het aansturen van ICT projecten in het domein van platformintegraties, d.w.z. het integreren van draadloze transmissiesystemen in voertuigen.
  • 4 jaar kennis en werkervaring met het aansturen van ICT projecten in het domein van draadloze datacommunicatie, en/of draadloze transmissiesystemen

Wishes

  • Ervaring in het opstellen van PvE`s (Programma`s van Eisen).

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
