Voor onze opdrachtgever — het Ministerie van Defensie — zoeken wij een Senior IT Projectmanager Infrastructuur & Security. Jij realiseert aantoonbare verbeteringen in een complexe hoogbeveiligde omgeving waar continuïteit cruciaal is. Met jouw strategisch inzicht én uitvoeringskracht leid je meerdere verbetertrajecten die bijdragen aan hogere systeem­beschikbaarheid, lagere incidentie en kostenreductie. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in aanpak zolang je resultaat levert binnen de Defensie-richtlijnen. Impact maken op nationaal niveau? Dit is jouw kans.

What will you do?

  • Opstellen van een gedetailleerd projectplan binnen 4 weken met minimaal 3 verbetertrajecten inclusief planning, budget en KPI’s
  • Leiden en implementeren van IT-infrastructuurverbeteringen binnen Defensie met maximaal 10% uitloop op de planning
  • Realiseren van KPI-doelstellingen zoals o.a. +15% beschikbaarheid kritische systemen, -25% security-incidenten en -10% IT-kosten
  • Coördineren en aansturen van projectteams en diverse stakeholders (technisch, militair en bestuurlijk)
  • Opstellen van kwartaalrapportages met voortgangsmetingen op basis van overeengekomen instrumenten
  • Bewaken van compliance & securityrichtlijnen binnen alle projectactiviteiten
  • Continu verbeteren van processen en aanpassen van plannen bij veranderende omstandigheden

  • Defensie moderniseert haar verouderde IT-infrastructuur om cybersecurity, flexibiliteit en interoperabiliteit te verhogen
  • Er loopt een meerjarig verbeterprogramma gericht op technische vernieuwing én procesoptimalisatie
  • De projecten vinden plaats in een hoogbeveiligde omgeving met strenge regelgeving
  • Continuïteit van kritieke defensieprocessen mag niet in gevaar komen tijdens de transitie
  • Projectmanager heeft vrijheid in methodieken zolang deze binnen kaders passen
  • Doel: hogere digitale weerbaarheid, lagere operationele kosten en betere beschikbaarheid van systemen
  • Succes = meetbare resultaten op effectiviteit en efficiency
  • Stakeholdermanagement is cruciaal door diversiteit aan betrokken partijen


Job requirements

  • 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als projectmanager.
  • HBO-opleiding afgerond.
  • Kennis en ervaring met raamwerken zoals: Project Workbench, Project Bridge Modeller, Microsoft Project, Principal Toolbox, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean-IT, Jira, Topdesk.
  • Je beschikt over: Big Data Practitioner, Scrum Master PSM I, PRINCE2 practitioner, Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001/27002), Programmamanagement (MSP), Portfoliomanagement (PPM).
  • 15 jaar ervaring in het werken voor de overheid in gerubriceerde omgevingen.
  • 15 jaar ervaring met programma-, project- en verandermanagement.
  • 5 jaar ervaring in cyber gerelateerde projecten in een gerubriceerde overheidsomgeving.

Wishes

  • Ervaring bij Rijksoverheid o.a. het Ministerie van Defensie of Buitenlandse Zaken.
  • Ervaring met Datacentermanagement hetzij Big Data.

Ministry of Defence

  • Inzetten bij Defensie zijn doorgaans voor langere tijd (1 tot maximaal 4 jaar). Voor deze functie moet een A-EP- screening worden doorlopen met een gemiddelde duur van 3-6 maanden.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
