In deze functie leid je een midlife upgrade van militair materieel, zorg je voor een veilige integratie van nieuwe C4I-technologie en draag je bij aan meerdere strategische projecten binnen JIVC. Je werkt in een high-security omgeving waar betrouwbaarheid, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan.

Work
What will you do?
- Coordinate the Midlife Upgrade (MLU) project for a military vehicle within Land-based IT.
- Direct the integration of new C4I systems into existing IT environments.
- Perform various project activities within multiple ongoing and new projects.
- Act as an independent sub-project leader, working under a coordinating project leader.
- Coordinate with portfolio management on deployment on follow-up projects after delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams within JIVC to ensure quality, safety and continuity of IV/ICT services.

- Ensuring a future-proof IT environment for military vehicles.
- Realising secure and reliable integration of new C4I technology.
- Strengthen project capacity within a larger programme with multiple subprojects.
- Independently contribute to the successful completion of projects within tight frameworks.

Job requirements
- 4 years' work experience in leading, preparing, implementing and executing projects.
- Able to write and plan test plans.
- Skill in identifying and analysing information, developments and problems.
- Manages general data from SAP and possibly financial knowledge.
- 4 years' work experience as IT project manager integrating IT resources in vehicles.
- 4 years' work experience as IT project manager in large government organisations > 50,000 FTEs.
- 4 years' working experience as IT project manager in large IT projects > EUR 10M.
- 3 years' experience in focus areas such as: IV/ ICT support; trunk and trasaction data.
Wishes
- WO werk- en denkniveau.
- Preferably proficient in English language o.a. cfm. STANAG 6001 SLP 2222.
Ministry of Defence
- Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
- When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.
Specific to suppliers
When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.
Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
