Wij zijn voor onze opdrachtgever, het Ministerie van Defensie (JIVC), op zoek naar een Projectleider. In deze rol werk je aan een grootschalige modernisatie van Landgebonden IT, waarbij je zowel de Midlife Upgrade van een militair voertuig coördineert als nieuwe C4I-systemen integreert. Je maakt deel uit van een professionele en beveiligde IV/ICT-organisatie die essentieel is voor militaire inzetbaarheid. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig projecten te leiden binnen een technisch complexe omgeving. Een uitdagende opdracht waarin jij direct bijdraagt aan innovatie en versterking van Defensie-capaciteit.

What will you do?

  • Coördineren van het Midlife Upgrade (MLU) project binnen Landgebonden IT, gericht op een militair voertuig.
  • Integreren van nieuwe C4I-systemen binnen bestaande IT-omgevingen.
  • Uitvoeren en bewaken van projectactiviteiten van start tot oplevering.
  • Organiseren, plannen en begeleiden van deelprojecten onder aansturing van de coördinerend projectleider.
  • Zorgen voor projectcommunicatie, stakeholderbetrokkenheid en voortgangsbewaking.
  • Borgen van kwaliteit, documentatie en naleving van gestelde normen en processen.
  • Afstemmen met portfoliomanagement over toekomstige inzet op nieuwe projecten.

Context and objective

  • De werkzaamheden vinden plaats binnen de afdeling Landgebonden IT van JIVC (Ministerie van Defensie).
  • De opdracht maakt deel uit van een groter programma waarin meerdere projecten parallel lopen.
  • Er is behoefte aan een zelfstandige deelprojectleider die binnen een complexe, hoogwaardige IV/ICT-omgeving opereert.
  • Focus op een MLU voor een militair voertuig met aanvullende integratie van nieuwe C4I-systemen.
  • Omgeving kenmerkt zich door hoge veiligheidseisen, nauwkeurige procesvoering en samenwerking binnen Defensie.
  • Na oplevering kan de professional worden ingezet op andere projecten binnen de afdeling.
  • JIVC staat voor betrouwbare, beveiligde en marktconforme IT-dienstverlening aan Defensie.
  • De rol draagt bij aan continuïteit, kwaliteit en tijdige realisatie van projectdoelen.
  • Deze uitvraag is uitgezet voor een reeds zittende kandidaat als verlenging.

Job requirements

  • 4 years' work experience in leading, preparing, implementing and executing projects.
  • Je bent in staat testplannen te schrijven en plannen.
  • Skill in identifying and analysing information, developments and problems.
  • Je beheerst algemene gegevens van SAP en evt. financiële kennis.
  • 4 years' work experience as IT project manager integrating IT resources in vehicles.
  • 4 years' work experience as IT project manager in large government organisations > 50,000 FTEs.
  • 4 years' working experience as IT project manager in large IT projects > EUR 10M.
  • 3 years' experience in focus areas such as: IV/ ICT support; trunk and trasaction data.

Wishes

  • Je hebt WO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je beheerst de Engelse taal o.a. cfm. STANAG 6001 SLP 2222.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
