Opdrachtgever in de regio Medemblik start een project om de financiële koers voor de komende jaren te versterken. Voor dit traject zoeken we een projectleider die gericht stuurt, helder communiceert en afdelingen weet te verbinden. Je werkt 24 uur per week binnen het Programma- en Projectmanagementbureau aan een opdracht met directe impact op een duurzame, bestuurbare organisatie.

  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van een projectplan op basis van de projectopdracht.
  • Coördineren van multidisciplinaire samenwerking tussen afdelingen en control.
  • Onderzoeken en uitwerken van ombuigingsrichtingen.
  • Bewaken van GOTIK-R gedurende het gehele project.
  • Creëren van draagvlak en borgen van kennis binnen de organisatie.

Context and objective

  • Project draagt bij aan een sluitende meerjarenprogrammabegroting.
  • Gericht op doelmatige inzet van middelen en toekomstbestendige bedrijfsvoering.
  • Onderzoeksrichtingen omvatten o.a. doelmatigheid uitbestede taken (groenonderhoud), herinrichting gemeentewerven en optimalisatie softwarelicenties.
  • Werken binnen het PPMB in een bestuurlijke omgeving met veel interne stakeholders.

Job requirements

  • Academische opleiding.
  • Ervaring als projectleider in complexe bestuurlijke omgevingen.
  • Ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie.
  • Vaardigheid in projectmatig werken.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van projectplannen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Wishes

  • Ervaring met financiële of organisatorische ombuigingsprojecten.
  • Bekendheid met GOTIK-R.
  • Ervaring met projecten waarin interne kennisborging centraal staat.
