As Project Leader Generic Chatbot AI, you will fall under the IMB department and and work closely with the directors and IT business architect of the workplace domain. As project leader, you are responsible for the realisation and release of the generic AI Chatbot for workplace customers before 1 January 2026. You will coordinate the project from start to finish and ensure the smooth release and acceptance of the chatbot by all users. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistency between this project and other ongoing projects within the organisation. Knowledge of the organisation's requirements is necessary for a good implementation. This includes input from the various departments, each with their functional requirements. Furthermore, policy and frameworks at government and ministry level are decisive. This will have to be translated into the design of the facility and its use and set-up. Think for instance of information management policy, such as the WOO and the Archive Act. But also from information security and Cloud policy.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Leading the project team and coordinating all project activities.
• Develop and implement a project plan, including timelines, budgets and risk analyses.
• Facilitating user adoption of chatbot AI, including organising materials.
• Communicating with stakeholders and ensuring support within the organisation.
• Monitor project progress and report to steering committee.
• Ensure integration and consistency with other projects and initiatives within IV around AI.
• Supervising procurement processes, focusing in particular on drafting and testing the (non)functional requirements.
