Voor onze opdrachtgever het Ministerie van Defensie zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider Enablement. In deze rol stuur je een multidisciplinair projectteam aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opzet en uitrol van de Enablement-laag voor Defensie (public) clouds. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de cloudadoptie binnen verschillende Defensie-onderdelen en schakelt intensief met JIVC en leveranciers.

What will you do?

  • Aansturen van het projectteam en bewaken van de dagelijkse voortgang
  • Realiseren van de projectdoelstellingen rondom de Enablement-laag voor Defensie-clouds
  • Opzetten en coördineren van de uitrol van de Enablement-laag binnen de Defensie (public) cloudomgeving
  • Opstellen van het projectvoorstel Enablement
  • Creëren en borgen van randvoorwaarden, waaronder afstemming van detailplanningen met stakeholders
  • Operationaliseren van beheer rondom de Enablement-laag
  • Begeleiden van Defensie-onderdelen bij de adoptie van cloudoplossingen
  • Opbouwen, onderhouden en vertegenwoordigen van het operationele netwerk binnen JIVC en richting leveranciers

  • Ministerie van Defensie werkt aan de verdere professionalisering van haar cloudlandschap
  • Realisatie van een Enablement-laag voor Defensie (public) clouds
  • Succesvolle en beheerste cloudadoptie binnen verschillende Defensie-onderdelen
  • Versterken van samenwerking tussen JIVC, leveranciers en interne stakeholders
  • Vertalen van strategische cloudambities naar concrete en uitvoerbare projecten
  • Borging van operationeel beheer binnen de cloudomgeving
  • Stimuleren van adoptie, gebruik en standaardisatie van cloudvoorzieningen
  • Deze opdracht is uitgezet voor een reeds zittende kandidaat

Job requirements

  • 1 jaar ervaring als projectmanager met een vergelijkbaar programma Cloud.
  • 1 jaar ervaring als transitiemanager binnen het domein IT.
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfsinformatica.
  • Je bent ITIL gecertificeerd.
  • Je beschikt over Agile & Scrum Foundation.
  • Je beschikt over DSDM Practitioner.
  • 10 jaar ervaring als projectmanager binnen het domein IT.
  • 5 jaar ervaring met multi stakeholder management.
  • 1 jaar kennis en ervaring met de IT of bedrijfsprocessen binnen de Openbare Orde en Veiligheidsketen.

Wishes

  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Ministry of Defence

  • Deployments to Defence are usually for longer periods (1 to 4 years maximum). This position requires a B-screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.
  • When offering a candidate, completion of the offer form is mandatory. This also asks you to explain the requirements and wishes + include a reference to the CV.

Specific to suppliers

When you offer a professional with us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party. Among other things, with regard to the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid. The ‘WKA’ aims to prevent abuse in the payment of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to end customer.

Broker parties cover these risks for their customers. To limit liability, measures need to be taken. So too by Hero. Important here is WAADI registration and use of a blocked account, the G account. This is the account into which only payroll taxes and VAT are deposited, which are then paid to the tax authorities. You can apply for the G account from the Tax and Customs Administration.
