Work

  • Analyseer en actualiseer het functiehuis voor toezicht- en handhavingsrollen.
  • Ontwikkel en implementeer een strategie voor Strategische Personeelsplanning (SPP).
  • Adviseer over HR-aspecten van reorganisatie en begeleid de uitvoering.
  • Coach managers op generieke HR-thema’s om hun leiderschap te versterken.
  • Werk intensief samen met programmamanager, proceseigenaar en Leren & Ontwikkelen.

Context and objective

  • Onderdeel van een organisatiebreed ontwikkelprogramma binnen de publieke sector.
  • Focus op stroomlijning van toezicht en handhaving over meerdere afdelingen.
  • Doel: toekomstbestendige, effectieve inrichting van rollen, formatie en competenties.
  • Op te leveren resultaten: vernieuwd functiehuis, werkende SPP-cyclus en gedragen reorganisatieadvies.
  • Versterking van HR-volwassenheid en leidinggevenden in de lijn.


Job requirements

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als senior HR-adviseur en/of HR-projectleider.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met organisatieontwikkeling, functiewaardering, SPP en reorganisaties.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen.
  • Adviesvaardig en overtuigend.
  • Organisatiesensitief en verbindend.

Wishes

  • Ervaring in (semi-)overheidsorganisaties.
  • Ervaring met coaching van (startende) leidinggevenden.
  • Ervaring met verandercommunicatie binnen HR-trajecten.
