Voor onze opdrachtgever, de Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed (RCE), zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Management Officer (PMO) die als rechterhand van de programmamanager het programma DNA NL versterkt. In deze rol draag je bij aan de professionalisering van erfgoeddata en –informatie, een cruciaal fundament voor goede erfgoedzorg in Nederland. Je zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en voortgang binnen een programma dat opereert op het snijvlak van dataverbetering, wettelijke verplichtingen, beleidsontwikkeling en organisatieverandering. Zoek jij een zelfstandige, impactvolle PMO-rol binnen een dynamische en maatschappelijke context? Dan is deze opdracht ideaal voor jou.

Work

  • Ondersteunen van de programmamanager van programma DNA NL bij planning, voortgangsbewaking en rapportage.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van financiële rapportages binnen het programma.
  • Signaleren, volgen en ondersteunen van risicomanagementactiviteiten.
  • Coördineren van stakeholderscommunicatie en –afstemming.
  • Voorbereiden, organiseren en faciliteren van bijeenkomsten, inclusief stuurgroepen.
  • Zorgdragen voor overzicht, structuur en procesbewaking binnen diverse projecten.
  • Zelfstandig oppakken en invullen van PMO-taken in overleg met de programmamanager.
  • Rapporteren aan de programmamanager en fungeren als diens rechterhand.

Job requirements

  • You possess HBO working and thinking level;
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding Prince2 Foundation, IPMA-D, Agile projectmanagement of soortgelijk;
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met ondersteuning bij projectmanagement taken: coördinatie en bewaking voortgang i.r.t. planningen, bewaken actielijsten, bewaking van het programmadossier en het maken van voortgangsrapportages;
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het organiseren en faciliteren van bijeenkomsten;
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring bij de Rijksoverheid.
