Our client is about to start a major change in the field of information services (IV). Currently, there is too little cooperation, processes are not yet well developed and control is not clear. Also, information management is not yet strongly deployed. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Programme Manager who can drive this change. Someone who maintains an overview, helps teams work together better and ensures clear processes, good agreements and smart deployment of information.

You lead a large programme in which we revamp the IV organisation. You work with six different working groups on topics such as team development, processes, information management and contract management. Together, you will ensure a strong information plan for the coming years (2025-2027).

You ensure that everything is well coordinated, monitor progress and ensure that clear agreements and plans are in place. You work together with the teams, steering committee and management. You make sure the changes really work in practice.

Work

  • You will direct six working groups, namely: team development, process design, governance, architecture, information management, contract management/portfolio management;
  • You ensure consistency between the various components
  • You will be involved in drafting the 2025-2027 information plan (including implementation and benefit planning)
  • You will report to the department head of operations;
  • You secure decision-making via direction tables and steering committee;
  • You guide execution in steps (plateaus);
  • You drive change in behaviour, structure and systems.

Job requirements

  • You have experience with changes in information provision within municipalities;
  • You have knowledge of BiSL, ASL, portfolio management and information management;
  • You can switch well between strategy and execution;
  • You have experience in preparing or supervising information plans or IV roadmaps;
  • You are administratively sensitive and know how to work within a political environment;
  • You can work well with different teams and people.
